While Luke discusses how to deal with the Dark Jedi with the other Jedi, Princess Leia is having a conversation with R2-D2.

Leia says to R2: "R2, you've told me you have holographic images of my mother and father from long ago. I think I'm ready to see them now. Show me one of these messages."

A holographic beam is emitted from R2-D2. An image of a person can be seen clearly.
