Over thirty years after the events of Star Wars Episode 6 Return of the Jedi, the Galactic Empire no longer exists. The Rebel Alliance formed a New Republic and Luke Skywalker has established a new Jedi Order. The Star Wars Episode 7 vii movie opens at Lando Calrissian's Cloudy City at Bespin. This enchanting city has been transformed into a Jedi Temple where many dozens of Jedi Knights train in the ways of the Force.
A large group of Jedi Padawans and Jedi Masters are seen training intently on the balconies of Cloud City. Suddenly, many Dark Jedi, each wearing a sinister mask and armor which exactly resembles the look of Darth Vader from the classic Star Wars trilogy, descend upon Cloud City. Immediately, dozens of light saber battles erupt between the Jedi and Dark Jedi on the Cloud City balconies.
A Dark Jedi shuttle star craft lands on one of the balconies and the leader of this attack force emerges from the shuttle.
