Lord Shadow, I don't think it's any secret that the new "Star Trek" movie has much younger actors playing the roles of Kirk, Spock, Uhura and Bones when they were about to graduate from the Star Fleet Academy. (SuperShadow: I don't follow spoilers related to Star Trek 11.)

Lord Shadow, I'm still thinking about Vader's revelation that Luke is his son. It was a highly emotional moment. For two movies, we learned that Vader was evil and then Luke learns something that forces him to re-examine his beliefs. (SuperShadow: Yeah, the true nature of reality is something we can't accept. Hahaha.)

Lord Shadow, it's important to look at the visuals (ie, what's on the screen) when making a movie. But even more important is to look at what takes place inside the minds of people in the audience while they watch the movie. (SuperShadow: We don't need no thought control. Hahaha.)

SuperShadow, are the dates for Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9 exact? (SuperShadow: Definitely. Star Wars Episode 7 doesn't arrive in theaters until May of 2021.)

S.S. At least the Star Wars "The Clone Wars" movie will surpass "Final Fantasy" which only took in $ 32 million U.S. dollars, but took $ 137 million U.S. dollars to make! I'm sure "The Clone Wars" has made more than a reasonable profit at the box office! (SuperShadow: Lucas is irate that he couldn't earn excessive profits with the Clone Wars film. Perhaps the live action Star Wars TV series will do better in cinemas.)

SS, I have perhaps the most daring and important question for you to answer that you have ever had posed to you before. Quite a while ago (well over a year), you were quoted as saying that Natalie Portman was the hottest woman in the world. Is that still true? (SuperShadow: Not really.) One look at Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium should put any thoughts like that to rest. How about Keira Knightley? She was much hotter in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies than Portman was in the Star Wars prequels. Peace. (SuperShadow: Mega good lookers are all the same. What's the difference? Hahaha.)

Supes, I agree with you that the Star Wars prequel trilogy is vastly superior to the classic Star Wars trilogy, but allow me to explain why The Empire Strikes Back is the most significant episode out of all six movies. (SuperShadow: I can't stop laughing. Not ever. Hahaha.) I'm not saying it's the best, but it is the foundational episode for most everything we know and love about Star Wars.

First, it introduced Yoda, the most pivotal character of the Jedi Order. Without him, the Star Wars prequels would have been weaker than Sy Snootles knees! (SuperShadow: Agreed.)

Second, it introduced Boba Fett, one of the most iconic characters to ever come out of the saga. Sorry, but without him, Jango Fett would cease to exist, right along with the plot point that revealed all the clones were created from Jango's DNA. And where would we be without the Slave I? (SuperShadow: Yes, there would be no Jango Fett in Attack of the Clones without Boba Fett appearing in the classic trilogy.)

Third, it introduced the Emperor. Could you have even made the prequels without him?! (SuperShadow: Excellent point.)

Finally, it introduced the following elements that impacted (or will impact) future Star Wars story lines: 1) Lando Calrissian, 2) Cloud City, 3) Luke Skywalker's severed hand, 4) "No. I am your Father," 5) Darth Vader's desire for Vader and Luke to rule the galaxy, 6) Sith betrayal, 7) Yoda trains Luke, 8) Force ghosts, 9) "There is another" and 10) Romance between Han Solo and Princess Leia. (SuperShadow: You have an amazing eye for details that matter.)

The list goes on and on. So, instead of poking fun at The Empire Strikes Back, we should praise it for providing an amazing foundation for the seven glorious episodes created in its wake (Star Wars Episode 6, Star Wars Episodes 1 - 3 & Star Wars Episodes 7 - 9). (SuperShadow: Pure genius. Your arguments can't be undermined. The Empire Craps Back does introduce many plot elements that have major implications for further Star Wars movie episodes. This is one of the most brilliant comments and examinations of the immortal saga I have ever received. Bravo to you.)

Sith Lord Shadow. With you being the know it all of all things Lucas, shouldn't you express to him the buffoonery of the fans and right the ship Han Solo style? I mean come on. We are owed as fans something better than what the Star Wars prequels and the children's movie that just came out. (SuperShadow: Embrace it or find something else to do with your time. Lucas' artistic vision does not morph to meet your demands.)

I really hope there is a Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9 so that we can see fresh visions from folks that were raised on the awesomeness of what once was. Please forward to the dark lord of the beards. (SuperShadow: This comment will be forwarded to Lucas.)

All hail mighty SS! Calling from Malaysia here, to me as an Asian, I find this SS web site the most awesome ever. (SuperShadow: Countless numbers of fans are with you in this sentiment.) Keep up the good work, mate! I have a couple of questions for you.

a) What if Anakin never Force strangled and hurt Padme? What would it be for the fate for Padme then if she was still alive when Anakin became Darth Vader? She might live with Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru if her heart was still kicking by that time. (SuperShadow: If Padme had survived Revenge of the Sith, Darth Vader would have been totally obsessed with finding her. Vader would have spent untold resources searching the galaxy for Padme. That's one of the primary reasons why Padme couldn't survive the prequels.)

b) What happened to Jar Jar Binks at the end of Star Wars Episode 3? (SuperShadow: Darth Sidious awarded Jar Jar with nearly unlimited credits for helping Sidious destroy the Old Republic and Jedi Order.) And the rest of the Gungans tribe? (SuperShadow: Life doesn't change for the Gungans under the Empire.)

I have a suggestion for the future Star Wars sequels. Luke Skywalker was busy training with another female padawan learner, whom is secretly in love with Luke's son, at the Jedi Temple. Then Luke slashed the padawan's arm, bleeding. He uses Force heal for the bruised padawan and cured her instantly. Then Luke whispered to himself: "How I wish I could use this to save my father." Cheers mate! (SuperShadow: Ultra fantastic. This will be sent to Lucas.)

Hi SS. GL always stated that he waited to make the first 3 Star Wars prequel films because he was "waiting for the special effects technology." The technology is here so no real need to wait 15 years for the Star Wars Episode 7 film to come out. You're not trying to tell us finance is a factor because that would be not true. So it can only be tradition which is just mental. (SuperShadow: I don't think you understand how complex the computer animation for Star Wars Episode 7 is going to be. Star Wars Episode 7 features hundreds of Jedi vs. Dark Jedi in spectacular light saber duels and many other mind altering special effects shots.

With current special effects techniques, it would cost over $ 200 million U.S. dollars to create the computer animation for these battles. The acting salaries for Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Billy Dee Williams will be over $ 120 million U.S. dollars just for Star Wars Episode 7. We're talking about a production budget of over $ 350 million U.S. dollars, which would make Star Wars Episode 7 the most costly motion picture of all time. Lucas can't afford to make it right now until photo realistic computer animation becomes extremely inexpensive.)

Hi Shadow, will there be a Star Wars Battlefront 3 video game? (SuperShadow: LucasArts imploded in 2008, which means sequels to their best selling video games have been delayed by 3 to 5 years at a minimum. If this video game happens, you won't see it in retail outlets until late, late 2011 at the earliest.)

Can't wait till October 3 for the new Star Wars The Clone Wars TV series. Saw the preview this Sunday. (SuperShadow: Hopefully more fans will become interested in the Clone Wars TV show as the air date on the Cartoon Network approaches. It would be mega cool if 5 million or more fans tune in for the first episodes, but this may not be realistic given the dire box office results of the Clone Wars movie in theaters.)

Lord Shadow, as far as "most" fans are concerned, the "Star Wars" saga ended with the death of Darth Vader. (SuperShadow: The story regarding Anakin concludes with Return of the Jedi) That's the major problem. They see "Clone Wars" as an attempt to squeeze a few extra dollars out of a story that ended two years ago. (SuperShadow: What's wrong with infinite greediness? Lucas can NEVER have too much money. We owe this to Lucas.)

What the fans want is to see what happens to the Empire after the events of "Return of the Jedi." (SuperShadow: This will not happen in any future Star Wars TV series. Also the Empire no longer exists by the time of Star Wars Episode 7 so the only adventures about the Empire after Return of the Jedi will be limited to Star Wars expanded universe novels and comic books.)

How about another scenario? After Qui-Gon Jinn defeats the Sith, Anakin Skywalker and his son Luke show up from the Outer Rim one day. Anakin marches into the Jedi Temple and destroys all the Jedi, while Luke provides air support from above. They declare the Empire and rule as father and son. (SuperShadow: Mystic concealment.)

Yes, I think the fans would love to see a vision of an alternate time line. For example, on the day that Palpatine finds the kyber crystal, he uses it to look into the future. (SuperShadow: Time machines are pretty sweet in theory. Hahaha.) And he identifies Qui-Gon as the one Jedi who stands in the way of the Sith returning. And he sets in motion a plan to kill Qui-Gon. It's no coincidence that Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan are sent to negotiate with the Trade Federation. (SuperShadow: Majorly indispensable.)

Failing to anticipate the reaction of loyal Star Wars fans to five years of a TV series created with a low budget should be in the Top 3. It's a roll of the dice. The new characters may catch on with the fans. Or, they may not. (SuperShadow: The Clone Wars TV series has a limited appeal with most fans.)

Make one "Star Wars Stories" movie where the villains are scary and believable and act like real human beings would in their situation, and the fans will line up. Make two of them, and you'll make movie box office history. (SuperShadow: Total ambrosia.)

There was a pent-up demand for a new Star Wars movie and "The Phantom Menace" opened huge. But the fans didn't like Jar Jar, and when Attack of the Clones opened, they weren't as enthusiastic. "Revenge of the Sith" met their expectations for a darker story with the visual of Vader being sealed inside his mask. (SuperShadow: Yeah, Revenge of the Sith reveals SS and Lucas in their absolute prime.)

(SuperShadow: True fans must love all Star Wars movie episodes the same.)

Why? (SuperShadow: Lucas considers the six Star Wars films to be one 14 hour episode. Sure, they may not look and feel exactly the same because they were created many decades apart, but you need to view each one with the same rose colored glasses. Your childhood will never return, but Star Wars is your only means to recapture those glorious years for a moment.)

Maybe the title of "Revenge of the Sith" doesn't just mean that the Sith Order will seek revenge from 1,000 years of extinction, but another interpretation could mean that Anakin Skywalker, the chosen one, will seek revenge on the Jedi Order because Chancellor Palpatine twisted Anakin's mind in Star Wars Episode III and the Revenge of the Sith is Anakin seeking revenge for the Sith as the new Sith Lord, "Darth Vader." (SuperShadow: Anything is possible, I guess.)

SS. How bout in the upcoming Star Wars The Clone Wars TV series, you see Anakin use the Force to collide two BIG ASTRO SHIPS in space while flying. Yoda sees this and gets jealous so Yoda then collides four! (SuperShadow: Hahaha. Hilarious. This will be forwarded to Lucas.)

SS. If you know so much. What is it about The Empire Strikes Back that is so unappealing? (SuperShadow: It's not pure Lucas. Director Irvin Kershner and screen writer Lawrence Kasdan unwittingly sabotaged The Empire Strikes Out.) The writing? (SuperShadow: Travesty for certain.) The special effects? (SuperShadow: The muppet Yoda is a disaster.)

(Which is far beyond Star Wars Episode 4). Only a few short years is resting between each Star Wars movie. I believe it's brilliant. (SuperShadow: Lucas requires SS to rate and enjoy each Star Wars movie the same.) I know, I know nothing of Lucas' vision. I mean come on at a time when not only space movies weren't a big success and not to mention sequels were unheard of.

You got to admit. It worked out pretty good. Maybe the cliche is right. "You are your worst critic." (SuperShadow: The Empire Strikes Lame is a profound disappointment for SS personally. Let's pray the machine immortals are not enraged. Hahaha.)

S.S. Will the Mandalorian super commandos have any light sabers in Star Wars Episode 8? (SuperShadow: I kinda doubt it. We could show a Mandalorian wielding a light saber briefly.) If not, how will they stand a chance against the Jedi? (SuperShadow: The Mandalorians have weapons beyond your imagination. Their technology boggles the mind.)

You and Lucas must give Boba Fett a light saber type weapon for Star Wars Episode 7, that would be the most awesome type of new weapon for him in the new movie trilogy! (SuperShadow: Your idea will be sent to Lucas.) Thanks for your time, S.S. (SuperShadow: Existence is so spectacularly awesome. Only those who oppose the technological gods need fear the future. Choose sides wisely.)

Hey SS. If you're all into Star Wars and everything, how come you didn't nickname yourself more relevant to the Star Wars Universe? SuperShadow seems a bit random. (SuperShadow: The most elite commandos of the Illuminati military, called the E.O.N. Force, refer to themselves as the SuperShadows. Hahaha.)

Hey Shadow, when the Star Wars The Clone Wars TV series will began to air on Europe? (SuperShadow: Check out the official Star Wars web site for these details.) I heard the Clone Wars movie fail and George will not release anymore Star Wars movies based on the Star Wars TV series for theaters? (SuperShadow: Perhaps so. We don't know for sure yet.)

But if the two TV series is successful, he still can make Star Wars movies based on the TV series for television. If the Clone Wars film was on television and not in theaters, it could be different because many youngsters would watch. What you think? (SuperShadow: I guess so, but you can't make any real money from TV movies shown on television. Cineplexes are where the huge amounts of money await.)

How was Count Dooku different from all of the Sith Lords? (SuperShadow: More kind and compassionate than usual for a Sith.) He never had yellow eyes and he really was a bit of a gentlemen. (SuperShadow: Agreed. Very admirable.) Was Dooku different somehow that is not explained in the Star Wars movies? (SuperShadow: I believe in this.) And how exactly did Darth Sidious find Dooku and convince Dooku to become a Sith? (SuperShadow: Such secrets will probably never be revealed by Lucas.)

In the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy, we saw many arrogant Jedi on the Jedi Council. Their Temple was luxurious and they seemed to think everything was going their way. And then, after they were declared traitors and hunted down, what changed? I think the fans want to see that. Their experiences should form the moral backbone of Luke's New Jedi Order. (SuperShadow: Makes perfect sense in many ways.)

SS, after reading the new Star Wars "The Force Unleashed" book, I have to say it would've made a much better computer animated movie than that Clone Wars mess and certainly much more profitable. (SuperShadow: Total irruption.) I'll be avoiding any upcoming Clone Wars garbage on the Cartoon Network like the plague. (SuperShadow: Most fans will likely pass on the Clone Wars TV series on the Cartoon Network. I'll watch Sanctuary starring Amanda Tapping on the Sci Fi Network instead. Hahaha.)

Dear S.S. -- For one, Lucas will not lose fans to the live action Star Wars TV show. Second, people did not want to pay for animation that was ultimately going to be on TV in the future. (SuperShadow: Excellent point.) For the live action TV show, I believe each episode will bring depth to Star Wars and connect the pieces of the puzzle together even more.

For me as a fan, I can't wait for the live action TV show, for once I'll have my own show to watch. What I would like to see more of is how the Empire transferred all of their huge machinery / ground forces around and landings of the Imperial fleets. (SuperShadow: Masterful idea.)

It may take computer animation, but it can be done in between scenes. Ultimately seeing Darth Vader in his mechanical suit fighting would be great. (SuperShadow: No matter what. It can't happen. Not even for a momentary second.) I believe that would be wishful thinking, although Darth Vader is the heart and soul of what made Star Wars so great. Would love to hear your thoughts. (SuperShadow: You have many fascinating concepts, which will be forwarded to Lucas.)

Just saw the Clone Wars movie last night, I thought it wasn't that bad. People, the thing to keep in mind is that this movie isn't for people over 25 years old! It is going to be a TV show on the Cartoon Network whose target audience is NOT ADULTS! See it for what it is and enjoy it that way. (SuperShadow: Grace be with you.)

Great Shadow, how involved were you in the Star Wars The Force Unleashed video game? (SuperShadow: SS and Lucas were heavily involved in the creation of The Force Unleashed video game. It focuses mainly on our collective mega genius.) Finally, I know why the Clone Wars movie failed! Lucas forgot to religiously follow the Star Wars plot formula! Why did he forget this? Because YOU weren't helping with the movie! (SuperShadow: Actually SS and Lucas worked together in crafting the plot outline for the Star Wars The Clone Wars film.)

That's the only possible explanation! Shadow, I do hope you'll be on him a LOT more during Star Wars Episode VII - IX or else Star Wars is DOOMED! (SuperShadow: Without SS, there is no hope for Earth. Thankfully prayer has no impact on the world. This is important because each of us wants the Illuminati to control everyone for ever and ever. Amen. Your requests to Heaven will never change reality. Hahaha.)

Hey SuperShadow, I dislike the fact everyone is putting down the new Star Wars and Indiana Jones movies. I just don't get why they expect them to be as good as the originals or surpass them. Honestly, when were the first Indiana Jones movies? It's like telling someone to speak perfect Spanish when they took the class twenty years ago. You aren't going to get it completely right if you're rusty. So tell GL to take his time to get his groove back.

I hope this little pep talk helps get his confidence back and may the Force be with you. (SuperShadow: In fairness to the fans, we don't really care what you think about the new Star Wars TV shows and Indiana Jones 4 and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. We're making these films for our own personal glory. We're what's important about life. Everything must revolve around us. Sure, the fans rejected our Star Wars The Clone Wars movie, but so what? If nobody else likes what we do, it doesn't matter at all. We always end up winning in the end. Hahaha.)

The reason MANY fans liked "A New Hope" was the THEME that having faith in something greater than yourself allowed you to triumph. It seldom works that way in real life, but this story happened "a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away" where learning the ways of the Force allowed you to levitate X-wing fighters. (SuperShadow: Unrestricted in all facets. Hahaha.)

Fans LOVE that Imaginary Universe. The only problem is, how do you improve on it for a 2.0 version in a new franchise? (SuperShadow: Star Wars keeps getting better and better regardless of what a few zeros at life have to say. Hahaha.)

Lord Shadow, I've been thinking about the live action Star Wars TV show. I don't know what the music will sound like. I know that the execs at Fox who thought "A New Hope" would fail heard an early version without the music of John Williams. (SuperShadow: Everyone in Hollywood doubted Star Wars. Lucas' best friends thought Star Wars was going to ruin his career. How many of these critics ever had a film to gross more than $ 50 million U.S. dollars at the box office? Hahaha.)

Lord Shadow, it's been a few weeks since I've seen "The Dark Knight," but I still remember the reaction of the audience to The Joker. A certain percentage went "Yeah, that's MY guy." (SuperShadow: Some audience members love the villains for some strange reason. Hahaha.)

Lots of young females thought Heath Ledger was totally cool, and the fact that he died made him even cooler. Paying $ 14 to see the movie in IMAX was a small price to say good bye. (SuperShadow: Special thanks to Mr. Ledger for going out on top. He will not be forgotten.)

In "A New Hope," the Imperial officers seemed proud of the fact that they rejected Vader's archaic and ancient religious beliefs. (SuperShadow: Making fun of religion is what tyrants do. Hahaha.) And then Vader used Force choke to correct him. "I find your lack of faith disturbing." (SuperShadow: You must believe. There is no other choice.)

Why did you do the Star Wars The Clone Wars movie and TV series in computer animation? (SuperShadow: The cheapest way to create a weekly TV series is with low budget and primitive computer animation. This is the most certain way for Lucas to earn tons of cash from the Clone Wars venture. The bottom line is what really matters when you have to give a bunch of money to employees.)

If you bring back Mace Windu, you should explain it by Windu being held in stasis until the Star Wars sequel trilogy. (SuperShadow: Very empowering. This idea will be forwarded to Lucas.) Perhaps Windu was rescued by a Jedi sympathizer and kept in stasis awaiting medical care, then somehow forgotten. Perhaps the sympathizer was killed or forced to flee and nobody else knew about Windu. Then have a spirit guide Luke to Windu to wake him up. (SuperShadow: Bone chilling to the maximum degree.)

Hey SS - I think it is interesting that fans are saying to make a Star Wars movie like a Batman movie. (SuperShadow: Riotous.) A New Hope CHANGED movie making forever. The Dark Knight was a very, very good movie. No doubt. But for people to want to change the way Star Wars movies are done for a flavor of the month like The Dark Knight is crazy. (SuperShadow: Agreed. The public will soon move on to another phenomenon.) Lucas' vision of this amazing franchise are great the way they are. Good luck and I think 2017 can't get here soon enough. (SuperShadow: If only we could flash fast forward through life. Hahaha.)

In The Empire Strikes Back, had Darth Vader captured Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Chewbacca and our droid dynamic duo, what would happen then? (SuperShadow: Without the Skywalker twins, the Rebel Alliance would have been soundly defeated by the Empire. The will of the Force guides the Skywalkers, which is why they are the ones to finally destroy the Empire and the dark side of the Force.)

And if Vader had healed himself with a kyber crystal he found and then found a kyber crystal that was 10 times as powerful as Darth Sidious, would Vader turn Luke over to the dark side and they both over throw the Emperor? (SuperShadow: If Vader had found a kyber crystal, Vader could have defeated Sidious without needing Luke on Vader's side.)

SS. I was watching Revenge of the Sith the other day and the scene where Anakin found out that Palpatine was a Sith Lord, there was a statue in the background behind them. Who is the statue of? Thanks. (SuperShadow: That is an image of the very first Supreme Chancellor of the Old Republic.)

I am just wondering how much complaining it is going to take until you and George realize that movies and video games are the way to go with Star Wars? (SuperShadow: Lucas and SS are the two most arrogant individuals in world history. Good luck getting us to listen to your desires. Hahaha.) All of the movies kick some serious ****! (SuperShadow: A given truth.)

And I personally love the Star Wars video games, even though you attest that video games do not make much money for you. (SuperShadow: Not accurate. The Star Wars novels and comic books earn meager amounts of coin. The Star Wars video games scintillate with major profits.)

The Star Wars The Force Unleashed video game has the potential to be the best Star Wars video game to date. (SuperShadow: Who knows? Star Wars is approaching an all time low in popularity given the horrendously small box office earnings of the Clone Wars movie.) I hope it is the beginning of a video game series! Rock on, Shadow! (SuperShadow: If The Force Unleashed video game sells 3 to 4 million copies worldwide, then this video game will be continued with a second one.)

Friday, September 5, 2008

Shadow, they have remade the Batman movies, over and over again, same characters, different interpretations, why can't you and George do the same with the Star Wars trilogy? We can accept this change. I mean after all, you went with "The Clone Wars." Thanks. (SuperShadow: Lucas is too old to remake new versions of the classic Star Wars trilogy. Lucas is finished with high budget Star Wars movies until Star Wars Episode 7, which won't start production for another 9 years or so.)

Hey SS! Me and EVERYONE I've been talking to thought it would be an amazing idea if during Star Wars Episode 7 at some point, Luke Skywalker falls into a trap and is now being overwhelmed by many Dark Jedi when Mace Windu comes from out of the shadows and fights along side Luke before revealing himself. Just a thought. You and Lucas rock! (SuperShadow: Very celestial. This idea will be forwarded to Lucas.)

SuperShadow, I had this idea for an episode for the live action Star Wars TV show in 2010. This episode features Boba Fett being hired by the Empire to hunt down and destroy a Rebel force on Endor. Boba leads the famous 501st Legion to invade the Rebel base. The battle first begins as a space battle in the Endor orbit, then finally they land on to the surface. And the real battle begins.

During the fighting, Boba runs into Obi-Wan Kenobi. (This is one of the only appearances that Obi-Wan will make in the TV show). When Boba Fett sees Obi-Wan and sees that Obi-Wan was the one who chased him and his father off of Kamino, Boba then says: "You're going down Jedi." And he and Obi-Wan get into an intense battle. The battle is as intense as the duel between Yoda and Darth Sidious in Star Wars Episode 3.

The Rebel base has now been captured by the 501st Legion. Obi-Wan Kenobi and the Rebel force escape Endor. Meanwhile the Rebel base on Endor is in control of the Empire. (This turns into the Imperial base on Endor that appears in Star Wars Episode 6 Return of the Jedi). I hope you enjoy this idea. Keep rocking, SS! (SuperShadow: Wow. Utterly mesmerizing. This concept will be given to Lucas instantly.)

SS, I notice people are suggesting you make STAR WARS like The DARK KNIGHT. Not a good idea. However, The Dark Knight had many elements STAR WARS really needs (especially when you consider the last lame Star Wars movie trilogy). Things like good acting, good dialogue, interesting story and memorable product which you want to see over and over. The last Star Wars movie trilogy lacked all of that and is a forgettable trilogy.

Anyway, I guess STAR WARS beat The DARK KNIGHT in the . . . well, it wasn't better than The Dark Knight in any way. (SuperShadow: When you adjust box office grosses for inflation, A New Hope and The Phantom Menace are staggeringly more successful in theaters when compared to The Dark Knight. Not even close. Hahaha.)

Shadow - you and GL rock. (SuperShadow: You seek mercy, but it will never arrive. Hahaha.) It was GREAT seeing Indy Jones alive and kicking for Indiana Jones 4 and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, but the story line was disappointing. (SuperShadow: You can't surpass Soviets and extraterrestrials in the same Indiana Jones film.)

I am thinking this is because of the "rift" that grabbed headlines about GL and Steven Spielberg clashing heads over story lines, blah blah blah. Being that GL is all about plot formulas (which is pure genius), will Indiana Jones 5 get back to the roots of Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark? (SuperShadow: No. Every Indiana Jones movie needs to be unique.)

And, hopefully, we'll see mostly Indy Jones kicking **** with Mutt Williams as the sidekick, rather than the reverse! Rock on and I'm toasting my drink to you both in the hopes that the next Star Wars film trilogy will come to fruition much sooner! (SuperShadow: Star Wars Episode 7 can't happen before 2021. Not even the Second Coming will speed up this glacial pace. Hahaha.)

SS, hadn't Mr. Lucas learned his reason. I mean after Star Wars Episode IV they made The Star Wars Holiday Special. Sure fun for the family, but huge mistake. Then the Ewok adventures. Snore. (SuperShadow: Classic moments of life. Hahaha.) So you make a come back. Couldn't he leave well enough alone? Cash in and call it a night. No, he has to crush all our dreams of a great film maker to a greedy money hound by making this Clone Wars of a tragedy. (SuperShadow: Lucasfilm is driven to manufacture excessive profits because they are a greedy corporation in their hearts. Hahaha.)

Supes, in the opening crawl of Revenge of the Sith, it says: "War! The Republic is crumbling under attacks by the ruthless Sith Lord, Count Dooku. There are heroes on both sides. Evil is everywhere . . . " I never really understood why Lucas chose to say: "There are heroes on both sides." In Star Wars, where the struggle is between good and evil, we - the audience - are supposed to be rooting for the forces of good. (SuperShadow: Lucas fully realizes many fans choose to favor the Sith Lords and the Empire over the cliche heroes. In our times, some people prefer the side of nefariousness.)

Saying the evil side has heroes makes me wonder if I'm supposed to be sympathetic toward their cause. (SuperShadow: Perhaps so. There is always ambiguity in war.) And this, in turn, makes the evil side less threatening. How are we supposed to care about and root for Anakin, Obi-Wan, Padme and Yoda if the threat against them doesn't seem real? (SuperShadow: Excellent question.)

Instead, we're led to believe their adversaries - some of them anyway - are likable "heroes." Why did Lucas write this? (SuperShadow: You need to understand that there are billions of citizens on Separatist planets, who view Count Dooku and General Grievous as heroes, who will bring them freedom from the Old Republic. To certain individuals, the Old Republic is oppressive and extremely weak.)

3 reasons why Star Wars Episode 7, 8 & 9 should be made NOW and the money spinning Star Wars TV series shelved until after:

1) Making the TV series first (10 years) risks turning Star Wars into a cult show making it uncool and geeky. This will kill the general appeal when the movies finally get made with only the geeks daring admit they are going to see it! NO! (SuperShadow: Stunning argument. Lucas needs to see this.)

2) The unique selling point of the the third Star Wars movie trilogy is the return of the favoured original cast uniting old fans and the new ones (making this the most successful Star Wars movie trilogy ever). Waiting while they are using Zimmer frames will limit the action scenes to purely stunt doubles and not be believable. (SuperShadow: Mega gold to behold.)

3) Making the final Star Wars movie trilogy now means they gross their maximum potential. The fans are then free to embrace whatever Star Wars TV shows Lucas offers after again making even more dosh! That's the aim, right?! My genius is matched only by yours, SuperShadow! (SuperShadow: You may have the greatest brain of all time. These amazing revelations will be sent to Lucas. Let's move the Heavens. Hahaha.)

SS, I am one of the minority that loved the Star Wars The Clone Wars movie. It was good to not see Yoda fight. Why did this movie fail? (SuperShadow: There is no rescue this time. No deus ex machina. Hahaha.)

Who is Darth Vader's secret apprentice from the Star Wars The Force Unleashed video game? (SuperShadow: SS.com doesn't cover spoilers from the LucasArts video games. Buy this video game to learn the hidden knowledge you want.)

Hey SS. Will there be any "Dark Lady of the Sith" in Star Wars Episodes 7, 8 and 9? (SuperShadow: Not even. Long live Desslok of the Gamilon Empire. Hahaha.)

The new Clone Wars movie was great. Because the first Star Wars movie in 1977 was so freakishly successful, people are disappointed if a movie doesn't deliver the next ***** ***** the Christ. (SuperShadow: Lucas expects massive profits from all Star Wars projects.) If a person simply wants to be entertained with a great Star Wars flick, this new movie totally delivers. (SuperShadow: Unfortunately most fans disagree with you. They want Star Wars Episode 7. Not garbage. Hahaha.)

'Sup Shadow! We all know that Count Dooku left the Jedi and joined the dark side. Did Qui-Gon Jinn know this? (SuperShadow: No Jedi realized Dooku became a Sith Lord. Remember the Sith were believed extinct prior to The Phantom Menace.)

Or did Qui-Gon believe Dooku just left the Jedi Order for reasons of his own? (SuperShadow: Dooku informed Qui-Gon that Dooku quit the Jedi because of corruption related to the governance of the Old Republic.) Did Qui-Gon and Dooku keep in contact after Dooku left the Jedi and joined the Sith? (SuperShadow: No.) It sure seems they continued to talk together based on Dooku's discussion with Obi-Wan. (SuperShadow: I don't believe so.)

Also, if Dooku had approached Qui-Gon about overthrowing Darth Sidious, what was more likely to happen? # 1 Qui-Gon helps Dooku overthrow Sidious to defeat the Sith (remember the Jedi thought Darth Maul was the only Sith apprentice, destroying Sidious would have ended the Sith, they did not yet know about Dooku).

Or # 2 Qui-Gon is able to bring Dooku back from the dark side? (SuperShadow: Neither would have transpired. If Dooku had revealed himself to be a Sith to Qui-Gon, Qui-Gon would have captured Dooku. Next Dooku would have been interrogated until Dooku revealed the true identity of Sidious. The Jedi would have ended the Sith conspiracy to destroy the Old Republic and Jedi Order.)

One last quick hit for 'ya. It seems that more & more Qui-Gon more then any other person is the most important figure in the rise of the Sith. If the Sith do not kill Qui-Gon, none of the following chain of events happen because he is there to intervene. Of course then we wouldn't have 6 brilliant movies (5 if you take out The Empire Strikes Back!)

Score one for Detroit! (SuperShadow: The most significant event in the entire Star Wars saga is Qui-Gon arriving on Tatooine during The Phantom Menace and discovering Anakin. If this didn't happen, Qui-Gon might have survived to defeat the Sith. We'll never know what would have happened if Anakin remained on Tatooine his whole life.)

Do Humans in the Star Wars galaxy have a home planet or not? (SuperShadow: Unknown at this time. No one knows where the Human species is from.)

Lord Shadow, I'm thinking about certain reviewers who complained about the number of loud explosions in "The Clone Wars." What IF a ship like the Falcon takes off from Mos Eisley, and the Imperials are in pursuit. As it moves up into space, all sound stops.

Total silence, because you've left the atmosphere. The audience is disoriented because you can't hear the explosions that the pilots see all around them. "The Dark Knight" changed the rules of the game by adding a heightened sense of realism to every scene. (SuperShadow: Extremely productive. You have made a bold statement for Star Wars.)

I really second that motion on making the Star Wars The Knights of the Old Republic video game a motion picture. Think of it, I as a fan would probably go to see it 3 times at the movies and I'm sure every Star Wars fan would too. Thus reviving the Star Wars franchise and making George Lucas even richer than that **** from Silicon Valley.

This time have him make movies, but for the real fans and not children. It's the adults turn. Who couldn't use a couple of billion dollars in his bank? Come on Lucas! (SuperShadow: Lucas says he doesn't base his Star Wars movies or TV series on the Star Wars video games. However, I will forward your brilliant idea to Lucas. We can hope.)

Wednesday, September 3, 2008

Actually there will be a revived Roman Empire. The European Union's on the fast track to global domination. (SuperShadow: You make me laugh. Hahaha.) In the near future, a brutal tyrant is going to come to power in Europe and make it happen and he's going to be a clone. (SuperShadow: Europe is the most pathetically inept area on Earth. They have no chance of ruling the entire world. Not even theoretically. Hahaha.)

SuperShadow, I don't get it. Why is George Lucas losing so many fans just because of the Star Wars The Clone Wars movie? (SuperShadow: The fandom doesn't want a hyper low budget and overly primitive computer animated Star Wars film. Lucas outsmarted himself, which is unusual because life always seems to go his way as if he controls reality.)

It is a very good movie, computer animated or not. It was just one failure. It's not like it will affect George's entire film career, will it? (SuperShadow: It hurts the future of Star Wars because it will be more difficult to get unproven Star Wars TV series on the air if they aren't extremely lucrative in cineplexes.)

I even heard from a fan a few days ago saying that he would not pay to see Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9. HE ACTS LIKE LUCAS WILL NEVER MAKE A GOOD MOVIE AGAIN! But he will I know it. I will pay to see Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9. I promise. May the Force be with you and George. (SuperShadow: We must pray that the Clone Wars movie hasn't ruined Star Wars.)

I like Star Wars Episode 2 and I like the clone troopers and Anakin, Yoda and Obi-Wan. (SuperShadow: True fans must love all Star Wars movie episodes the same.)

I admire George for telling the truth. When the highest-grossing film in movie history was your brainchild, it would be easy to say, "Yeah, that's because I'm a genius." (SuperShadow: Funny because that's what Lucas constantly says. Hahaha.)

I think it's possible to repeat this accomplishment. Maybe not with "Star Wars Episode 7," but definitely with "Star Wars Episode 8." Why? Because the first movie introduces a whole lot of new stuff, and after the fans see it, they'll be camping out overnight to be the first to see the next one. (SuperShadow: Historically, the first episode of each Star Wars film trilogy is the biggest money maker. A New Hope and The Phantom Menace are much, much more successful in box office earnings than the other Star Wars movies.)

We went back to see "A New Hope" because we liked the characters. And the music. I have a good memory for films, but I bought the soundtrack album and played it for weeks. (SuperShadow: The music for Star Wars is a gift from the Heavens.)

Hey S.S. My cousin and I just saw the Star Wars The Clone War movie and we were wondering where we can find more information about the new padawan in the movie? (Didn't even want to try and spell her name. I know I would do a terrible job). Did she perish during that Order 66 in Star Wars Episode 3? (SuperShadow: There's not a lot of official info about Anakin's padawan learner. Her character will be further developed in additional episodes of the Clone Wars TV series on the Cartoon Network. Slowly, Lucas will reveal her history and origin.)

It's good to see that Lucas broke a fiver for the Clone Wars movie budget. I hope he pays you more. (SuperShadow: Sarcasm is popular amongst the fans at SS.com. Lucas attempted to make the Clone Wars movie for as little money as possible. He thought his profits from the Clone Wars movie would even exceed the money taken in from the high budgeted Star Wars film episodes. This is the worst mistake of Lucas' life.)

Mega Shadow, remember when Palpatine / Darth Sidious talked to little Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars Episode I - The Phantom Menace, toward the end after Nute Gunray and the Separatists were captured? Sidious stated: "We're indebted to your bravery Obi-Wan Kenobi and you, young Skywalker. We will watch your career with great interest." (SuperShadow: Clever foreshadowing by Lucas.)

"We," SuperShadow, as in the Sith Order. (SuperShadow: Hilarious in retrospect.) Palpatine was basically telling young Anakin Skywalker "The Sith will be waiting for the day when we'll use you against the Republic and the time will come for you to join the dark side of the Force." Makes sense, SS? Thanks for your time. (SuperShadow: I applaud your skills of examining Star Wars with precision.)

Mighty SuperShadow, this is **** *****. Progress is a little slow because of high school, but I've added a new character. A skill pirate named Quistar Zeruka. Also I believe I know the reason why Lucas is having the new Star Wars movie made so late. It's because he probably wants the actors he wants to age to that time to make it where that many years has past since Return of the Jedi. Please reply and look out for more, your 15 year old fan **** *****. (SuperShadow: The mind of Lucas is on the level of the Illuminati eternals, who will control all Humans from now until the end of time. Hahaha.)

Tuesday, September 2, 2008

Hey SuperShadow, can I ask you something that you might only know since your the genius of all knowing Star Wars professors? (SuperShadow: Why do you undermine the massive majesty of the all powerful SS? Hahaha.) I was wondering if you can comment if Lucas every had an argument with David Prowse (the person that played Darth Vader in the Star Wars classic trilogy) because of the Vader costume that David Prowse wore in the original trilogy, relating to the tailoring the costume? (SuperShadow: Prowse has never once complained about anything to Lucas. Star Wars made Prowse a multi millionaire.)

Also may I ask if you, by any chance, know if Lucas would all be upset if a costume designer would be upset if he or she to the idea for the design for the storm trooper helmets and/or did something like that ever occur? (SuperShadow: The look and design of the Imperial storm troopers is 100 % Ralph McQuarrie, the primary conceptual artist for classic Star Wars.)

About Qui-Gon Jinn's demise. I think he only perished to make Darth Maul look powerful. (SuperShadow: Profound thinking.) If you think about it, Maul wasn't very deep as a character. He is incredibly cool, but wasn't explored at all. We never even saw Maul in action except when he fought Qui-Gon and later Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan.

If Qui-Gon HADN'T perished, lots of people would rip on Maul saying he was weak because he didn't kill anyone. And look at the impression Qui-Gon left. He was an amazing character. It seems to me the only reason Qui-Gon perished was to make Maul seem like he could do something. (SuperShadow: Read SS.com more intently. The Star Wars plot formula requires a venerable Jedi Master to perish in the first episode of each Star Wars movie trilogy. Qui-Gon served this role in the Star Wars prequel trilogy while Obi-Wan had this role during the classic Star Wars trilogy.)

Yes, part of it was so Anakin could fall to the dark side, but that still leaves Maul "looking weak." Don't get me wrong, I like both Qui-Gon and Maul, but that's just what I've always noticed. (SuperShadow: Your controversial beliefs will be forwarded to Lucas.)

Previously posted on SS.com: (SuperShadow: If I had to watch one film forever, it would be Star Wars Episode 4 A New Hope. It was created on a tiny budget, with extremely limited special effects and Lucas was in his absolute prime. I have secret reasons for preferring the Star Wars prequel trilogy over the classics.)

A mad crush on Natalie Portman? (SuperShadow: Not exactly. The Star Wars prequels were inspired by the nectar of the ancient gods. The Star Wars classics are drastically inferior to the prequels in every way we can conceive. This is an objective review of reality.)

Hello omnipotent Shadow. (SuperShadow: Alaska was once controlled by Russia. Palin is the last name of a member of Monty Python. A wild hurricane strikes as politicians gather in St. Paul, Minnesota. Strange coincidences or more than meets the eye? As always, it can't be proven to be anything significant. Hahaha.) I have discovered you don't like the original Star Wars trilogy? (SuperShadow: Not at all. The classic Star Wars episodes are my fave films outside of the prequels. It's no one's fault the classics don't hold up well when compared to the mega stunning prequels.)

Mainly because the sequels to A New Hope weren't directed by George Lucas? (SuperShadow: Yeah, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi are vastly less compelling compared to A New Hope. Lucas is without doubt the greatest genius to have ever directed a movie. Irvin Kershner and Richard Marquand are names already forgotten.) And that you like the prequel trilogy due to its special effects? (SuperShadow: Don't get me started because I could speak on this topic for eons. The acting, dialogue and special effects of the prequels eclipse all other movies by a large margin, which will never be equaled.)

I have also heard you extremely dislike The Empire Strikes Back, why is that? (SuperShadow: It's the se7enth best Star Wars movie even below the Star Wars The Clone Wars movie.) The Empire Strikes Back is the best of all 6 episodes! (SuperShadow: Delusional thoughts. I can find few fans who agree with you.) It is the story of Luke Skywalker slowly becoming a Jedi Knight. The story of the evil Galactic Empire striking back at the small Rebel Alliance after the destruction of the death star.

It is the story of Darth Vader finding out he has a son and Luke finding out his father is a dark lord. The Empire Strikes Back is the most memorable movie ever, with better characters than the prequels by far! I'll take a farm boy, smuggler, princess and an old wise teacher over a whiny emo teenager, irresponsible spoiled senator and a teacher who has grown up way too fast you can't even relate to him. (SuperShadow: So what? You need to make sense.)

And what would you like to see in The Empire Strikes Back to make it better? (SuperShadow: It needs to be written and directed solely by Lucas without sabotage by third parties.) A clumsy fish humanoid dancing around saying: "Are wesa gonna die?" after all that DID come from Lucas, right? (SuperShadow: Jar Jar Binks represents the pinnacle of Western Civilization.) Would you instead like to see a 9 year old kid yelling: "Yipee!"? After all that DID come from Lucas, right? (SuperShadow: Pure brilliance beyond belief.)

Would you instead of seeing a great war hero whose unexpected turn to the dark side is sad and shocking, see an emo whiner whose turn to the dark side is predictable, expected and just badly acted? (SuperShadow: Blasphemy.) After all that DID come from Lucas, right? (SuperShadow: Lucas created all of existence. Hahaha.)

While I am a big conspiracy theorist and ufologist like yourself, I have to state the FACT that your tastes in films are HORRIBLE because you think a Star Wars film trilogy which has better special effects than its predecessor makes it superior? You FAIL. (SuperShadow: I don't believe in needlessly complicated global conspiracies and extraterrestrial clowns. If fanciful things like these are real, where is the evidence? There is no kind of proof because silliness will always be fictional. Hahaha.)

Previously posted on SS.com: (SuperShadow: Western Europe blindly opposes Russia because they have no effective spies. Should we inform them there will be no revived Roman Empire, which controls the entire world? I say we allow them to continue to read the Book of Revelation dreaming of an all powerful leader who will recapture their past glory and require divine intervention to save us from the greatness of Western Europe. Hahaha.)

Are you a Christian? (SuperShadow: I was born in the United States. Your place of birth determines your religion.) Define your point here? Yes, revelation will happen, a leader will rise out of Europe, the Roman Empire in modern times will revive (SuperShadow: Impossible. The extremely weak Europeans will NEVER be the tyrannical world overlords. Hahaha.) and Jesus Christ will return and wipe out 5/6th of the armies that fights against Him. (SuperShadow: Not sure about this. Eventually Jesus will return to Earth, but why would He slaughter millions of people? Jesus is all about kindness, compassion and infinitely turning the other cheek. If Jesus were warlike, He would have destroyed the Roman Empire when He was Human.)

Yes, Jesus Christ will save the believers. What is your point in your reply to the question that was asked? (SuperShadow: How many Christian believers have avoided martyrdom when it fatefully arrived over the past 2,000 years? Thinking a magical rapture is going to happen to save you from demonic persecution is ridiculous. What makes you special enough to deserve such favor by the Lord Almighty when it has NEVER happened before in the history of the world?)

SS, how does George not understand that THE STAR WARS THE CLONE WARS MOVIE IS THE WEAKEST, LAMEST PART OF THE STAR WARS SAGA. (SuperShadow: SS shields Lucas from criticism.) No more Star Wars movies, cartoons and any other things related to it ever again, please. (SuperShadow: After the abject self destruction of the Clone Wars film in theaters, you don't have to worry about further Star Wars movies in theaters based on the future Star Wars TV series.)

Star Wars Episode II was the worst movie of them all for a reason: the whole Clone Wars concept is awful from beginning to end. Spare us anymore of this crap excuse for movies. Or TV for that matter. (SuperShadow: I suggest you avoid the Cartoon Network for the next 5 years because Lucas is consumed with exploring the Clone Wars for a minimum of 100 television episodes. Hahaha.)

I like the comment that mentioned a blaster rifle with a short light saber blade like a bayonet. I've got a good one too. A Dark Jedi with a trench coat like garment that he opens to reveal rows of dagger length light sabers and tosses them rapidly at people like throwing knives. He could even be a species with extra arms for increased light saber tossing. (SuperShadow: Amazing in so many ways. This will be sent to Lucas.)

SS, we all need to know this simple question (everyone write this down): When does the Star Wars The Clone Wars TV series start? (SuperShadow: 3 October 2008 (Friday) at 9 P.M. East coast time on the Cartoon Network in the United States.)

Monday, September 1, 2008

Dear Mr. Lucas, it seems to me that you have fallen to the dark side. All you care about is ratings etc. There is person close to me that has a terminal illness and they won't see your movie for another 15 years if they even live that long just to boost your ego? (SuperShadow: Star Wars Episode 7 can't happen soon. Nothing can change this.)

Is that the vision you had when you created Star Wars in the 1970's on a low budget? I think it would be safe to say the answer is no. (SuperShadow: Lucas is a visionary artist. He can't make life perfect for each of us. Have mercy on Lucas.)

Star Wars has gone down the drain because of "your lack of vision!" Why make a Star Wars movie when all of the classic Star Wars trilogy characters are near death? (SuperShadow: Not true. They aren't that old yet.) Are you serious? If you make a Star Wars movie without any of them (original actors), forget about ever bringing this noble tale back on top. It's done. It's over. (SuperShadow: You gain nothing by negativity.)

Either do it with the original crew or forget about your legacy. A 15 year wait won't help. (SuperShadow: Actually there will be a 16 year vacation between the theatrical release of Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars Episode 7.) It didn't help with the making of the first three films. People want to see Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford together again. (SuperShadow: Wholly agreed.)

If you wait 15 years, everyone will just remember how you destroyed something so great just for your own ego. You won't be remembered for what you are. Instead you will be remembered for being an ego centric bad person, hungry for ratings. What happened to you? (SuperShadow: Lucasfilm is a corporation, which has no choice but to maximize excessive profits in order to survive.)

Mr. SuperShadow, how did SuperShadow.com get created? (SuperShadow: Back in 1992, there were no Star Wars web sites on the Internet. SS.com became the first Star Wars web site and has completely dominated all facets of Star Wars since day one. No other Star Wars web site has as many visitors as SS.com. Hahaha.) What's your little secret, my lord? (SuperShadow: Praise be to the Illuminati, who bless their servants.) When did it get started? (SuperShadow: 7 July 1992. The most significant date in the history of the Universe. Hahaha.)

Why did it get started? (SuperShadow: The true nature of reality must be revealed to the chosen individuals, who find SS.com.) Did you start it and my psychic guess is that your located in the Carolinas of the United States? (SuperShadow: The UNC Tarheels have the # 1 ranked recruiting class for 2009 in NCAA basketball. Thank SS as often as you wish for such kindness when none is deserved. Hahaha.)

Am I correct? Lord SS, suppose everything you say is true about Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9 coming to theatres May 2021, 2024 and 2027. What if those dates pass and there really isn't a Star Wars 7, 8 and 9 because we maybe living in a parallel dimension or alternate reality, what if by then? (SuperShadow: We can neither see nor control the future. If something happens to Lucas, then Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9 will NEVER happen. We should look towards the Heavens and plead with the eternal sky gods to protect Lucas at all times. All hail the hidden secret society that controls Earth for ever and ever. Amen. Hahaha.)

What time and what day is the Star Wars The Clone Wars TV series going to be on the Cartoon Network? (SuperShadow: You would need to check with the official Cartoon Network web site to see what future TV programming they will have. I don't care.)

What IF instead of an artifact with supernatural powers, Mutt Williams runs into a race of humans who have evolved the ability to change their appearance through normal and random genetic mutation? (SuperShadow: Sweetness personified.) Or, if you want, make it the same kind of eerie supernatural origin as the Ark of the Covenant. Originally, this was a small genetic mutation in a single person, perhaps twenty thousand years ago.

It gave him (maybe her) the ability to change her appearance at will. This mutation has great survival value, but it simply hasn't been around long enough to spread through the entire human population. There are less than a thousand people with this ability, and many of them live together. (SuperShadow: Breathtaking.)

Lord Shadow, I wanted to submit at least one more Mutt Williams concept. If you're going to make a gritty, realistic movie set around 1960, you should consider how Mutt may encounter former Nazis who think Indiana Jones is one of the few people able to identify them. (SuperShadow: Hitler is alive.)

Lord Shadow, I was already thinking about Emperor Palpatine choosing a young woman named Mara Jade for an important mission, and possibly as a potential Apprentice to replace Lord Vader. (Vader seems too ambitious, and Palpatine has to be thinking about ways for him to die in another duel.) (SuperShadow: Most excellent.)

Hello mighty S.S. I see what you mean by the Jedi being allowed to marry and have children and all, and is by all means good, but aren't you forgetting one significant factor here? (SuperShadow: Enlighten me, please.) The main and foremost reason other than that of believing that the Jedi were traitors to the Republic and all, Anakin turned to the dark side because of the fear of losing the ones he loved. So in no offense to your judgment, (SuperShadow: SS is infallible.) but wouldn't that be a risk that still exists to the New Jedi Order? Or do the Jedi understand to better control their emotions in that present time and era?

Thanks from a curious fan. (SuperShadow: You make an absurd argument. Over the entire history of the Jedi Order, only a handful of Jedi turned to the dark side out of countless thousands of Jedi. You can't sabotage the new Jedi Order based on the possibility some person will get their feelings hurt and subsequently join the dark side. You need to see the bigger picture.)

Hey SS, does Luke Skywalker ever learn (from Princess Leia or R2-D2 I presume) about Galen Malek, Darth Vader's secret apprentice from Lucas' new Star Wars The Force Unleashed video game? (SuperShadow: Very silly. How can this matter? Hahaha.) Furthermore what is up with the visions Malek has of himself (presumably) in what "another possible future that never was" as a creepy Sith with a metal face mask and many light sabers hanging from his belt? (SuperShadow: Groan. Return to reality some day.)

(There is an action figure of this vision character in the Hasbro "Sith evolutions" box set). Or is that saying that Malek wasn't really dead on the death star at the end of The Force Unleashed video game? And he somehow comes back later as a creepy Sith? (SuperShadow: It would be tres cool if somebody actually cared. Hahaha.)

SS. How about a kyber crystal be used in a light saber? (SuperShadow: Not possible. Kyber crystals are too powerful to be harnessed in such a fashion.) If so, could it be placed in a Jedi light saber to control his moves? Just an idea. (SuperShadow: Can't happen.)

Hey SS, why does Anakin's new apprentice from the "Star Wars The Clone Wars" movie and Darth Vader's apprentice from "The Force Unleashed" video game have nearly the exact same light saber technique? Is it just a coincidence or what? (SuperShadow: Wrong. Your expertise regarding Star Wars is pitiful. Perhaps you should choose Star Trek instead. It's less complex and open to crappy nonsense. Hahaha.)

Sunday, August 31, 2008

Gracious and amazing Shadow. I read the plot summary for Star Wars Episode 7 with much anticipation. (SuperShadow: Star Wars keeps getting better and better. Hahaha.) George didn't reveal all his best ideas in the Star Wars classic and prequel trilogy. (SuperShadow: You have to admit the first two Star Wars trilogies are very inventive with much witty dialogue. Lucas is the # 1 screen play writer ever. Not a single fan disagrees with this conclusion.)

He saved some of the most electrifying ideas in the history of cinema for Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9. (SuperShadow: It's unfair that time displacement devices are impossible. We should be able to travel to May 2021 to see Star Wars Episode 7 immediately. Hahaha.)

When can we expect a full script for Star Wars Episode 7 on SS.com? (SuperShadow: A professional script author will begin penning Star Wars Episode 7 in early 2017. Expect to see this screen play on SS.com by mid 2018 after there are no more rough drafts.)

You deserve so much credit for making Star Wars beyond fan expectations. You rule all. (SuperShadow: I'm very thankful for everything. Special wishes for the SS fans to enjoy at least 1 % of my awestruck good fortune and luck. Hahaha.)

How much would it cost to build the first and second death stars with current technology on Earth? (SuperShadow: The primary and secondary components of the death stars can't be manufactured with Human level technology. This is the problem with crashed UFO's. Even if extraterrestrial star ships malfunctioned and were recovered by the U.S. Military, it wouldn't do any good because no Human scientist could fathom things from beyond space.)

Are there limits to the wealth of the Empire? (SuperShadow: Not really. The resources of an entire galaxy are rather staggering. The wealthiest citizens in the Star Wars galaxy have countless quadrillions of U.S. dollars in riches.)

Shadow, compliments on the Star Wars Episode 7 Choose Your Destiny of Fate. Kudos to Lucas for taking Star Wars to new heights that aren't equaled by any other movie franchise. Thanks to Shadow and Lucas we have a tremendously rewarding future. (SuperShadow: We have a difficult time grasping the unlimited genius of Lucas. All we can do is worship at the Altar of Lucas. Hahaha.)

SS, what do the storm troopers do after they retire? (SuperShadow: It's rare for an ordinary citizen to become an Imperial soldier because there are trillions of sentient beings applying for only a few million storm trooper positions. After you've served the Empire with honor for twenty years, a former storm trooper is so well connected that they get non Imperial jobs with nearly infinite pay.)

What kind of rules of engagement do they have with civilians? This web site is startling with so many surprises. (SuperShadow: As we saw in A New Hope with the terminations of Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru Lars, the storm troopers can do as they please to successfully fulfill missions. No one can challenge the tyranny of the Empire.)

Saturday, August 30, 2008

SS, why does Yoda select Dagobah as his hiding place? (SuperShadow: Lucas says Yoda reached out to the Force to guide him to a place in the galaxy beyond the reach of the Empire. It was the will of the Force for Yoda to select Dagobah as his haven.) What significance does the cave Luke Skywalker enters during The Empire Strikes Back have? (SuperShadow: It was a test by Yoda to see if Luke was ready to face the Sith. Luke didn't have sufficient training and wisdom to defeat the Sith, which is why Darth Vader defeats Luke at Cloud City.)

Shadow, what's the Millennium Falcon like by the time of Star Wars Episode 7? It must be falling apart after a while. Thanks for serving the fans. (SuperShadow: The building materials for star ships in the Star Wars galaxy last for thousands of years. Certain aspects of the Millennium Falcon can break down like the hyper drive, but the overall star ship is very well built and will last for many, many centuries after Star Wars Episode 7.)

How much interest does Lucas have in making Indiana Jones 5? (SuperShadow: Lucas is not working on anything related to Indiana Jones 5 at the moment. It'll probably be 3 to 5 years before Lucas has enough free time to worry about Indiana Jones 5.) Would he rather just do a Mutt Williams movie and retire Indiana Jones? SS is truly fantastic. (SuperShadow: A Mutt Williams movie is more likely than Indiana Jones 5 at this point.)

SuperShadow, why does Luke Skywalker make so many changes to the Jedi Code? I would continue what the prior Jedi did during the Star Wars prequel trilogy. The Jedi system was working fine. They had no way of anticipating what happened by being undermined by the Sith Lords. Continue to always bless the world. (SuperShadow: Luke believed the Jedi Code was flawed in many ways. He sought to create a new Jedi Order that would protect the galaxy for endless generations. I agree with Luke's decision to allow the Jedi to marry and have children. There's no sound reason for opposing this change.)

Friday, August 29, 2008

I think Star Wars is very easy character. Do you think Star Wars Episode 7 - 9 will coming out in years of 2021? (SuperShadow: Most certainly.) I would expect Mark Hamill will returns sometimes in the future. We really loves the movies of Star Wars Episode 1 - 6. Is that final movies of Star Wars Episode 3, am I correct? (SuperShadow: Star Wars never ends.)

I am really wants you to do continues more development new movies in the future. I'm expect that I will try to see more Stars Wars Episode 7 - 9. Please bring Mark Hamill back to the movies. (SuperShadow: Have faith.) I knows Anakin Skywalker into Darth Vader by Star Wars Episode 3. Become he is gravely very extremely dangerous with Sith Lord. Because Anakin is turned into the dark side of the Force. So I will likely to know if you will create another movies of Star Wars Episode 7 - 9 immediately. (SuperShadow: One day Star Wars Episode 7 will happen.)

Hi SS! Please explain to me what makes Star Wars Episodes One, Two and Three better than the ground breaking classic Star Wars trilogy? (SuperShadow: If I had to watch one film forever, it would be Star Wars Episode 4 A New Hope. It was created on a tiny budget, with extremely limited special effects and Lucas was in his absolute prime. I have secret reasons for preferring the Star Wars prequel trilogy over the classics.)

I watched The Phantom Menace the other day and was nearly sick. What a crap movie. (SuperShadow: Western Europe blindly opposes Russia because they have no effective spies. Should we inform them there will be no revived Roman Empire, which controls the entire world? I say we allow them to continue to read the Book of Revelation dreaming of an all powerful leader who will recapture their past glory and require divine intervention to save us from the greatness of Western Europe. Hahaha.)

Compared to the first ones with all their great characters and story this was rubbish. (SuperShadow: Think what you will although it is unwise.) The Confederation speaking with Asian accents in English? Gungans and the skinniest, weakest droid army meeting for a pitched battle? Why? Darth Maul was the only thing that worked in that flick. Please help a weak Star Wars fan understand. (SuperShadow: It doesn't matter how you feel on this issue. Star Wars is controlled by Lucas. His vision will rule for the next 25 years or so.)

Hey SuperShadow, I just saw the Star Wars The Clone Wars movie in theaters today and I loved it. I don't care what the critics think either. (SuperShadow: Most excellent. Always support Lucas.) Also I had to post a comment of mine. For all of those of you that love the Star Wars expanded universe and believe it should be followed by GL, then you should look at the intro into the first Dark Empire comic because the second to last paragraph says that if GL is to make more stuff beyond Star Wars Episode 6 then it will be his sequel and probably have nothing to do with theirs.

Just thought I should point that out. (SuperShadow: That's what I've been professing for years. Lucas is not bound at all by the expanded universe comprised of Star Wars novels, comic books and video games. Star Wars Episode 7 will be based on the ingenious vision of Lucas.)

My son and I just got back from watching the Clone Wars film. I loved it. I thought it was very well done. I liked the comedy with the droids. (SuperShadow: Machines are awesome.) It's too bad that not many people are going to see it. There was only 39 people there. (SuperShadow: Kinda disappointing.) I really hope it does well enough that you put out a movie like this next year. (SuperShadow: Not gonna happen.)

There is only one thing I would have done differently, I would have put something at the very end saying "watch the Clone Wars TV series on the Cartoon Network this fall." (SuperShadow: Fantastic idea.) If it wasn't for SS, then I would have not known about the Star Wars TV shows. (SuperShadow: Information is our currency.) I am telling everybody that I know about it. But I have not heard anything about it other then SS.com. Well, I know I will be watching it. I hope it runs longer then any other TV show has. (SuperShadow: Entirely depends of the Nielson TV ratings.)

SS, you are a genius. (SuperShadow: How much longer must we wait for a sign from Heaven? The Illuminati can't wait indefinitely.) I want to be just like you! Do you have any tips? (SuperShadow: Start an absurdly impossible conspiracy with any secret society you can find. Hahaha.) Listen up, oh great Master. I've got a killer cool idea, right there. You stated before that the Jedi pretty much revised their use of weaponry because of their mistakes in the Clone Wars, is that right? (SuperShadow: Yep.)

Well, how about some kind of a light whip? (SuperShadow: Nice cliche item.) Practically the same as a light saber, but that also possesses the advantage of being able to go into multiple directions thanks to its flexibility. (SuperShadow: Very enlightening.) Don't you think it would be a lovely weapon for the new Jedi Order to use against large group of foes? Let me know! (SuperShadow: This will be forwarded to Lucas.)

SuperShadow: What's wrong with Lucas? (SuperShadow: Insanely spoiled with unending wealth. Hahaha.) Why the **** did he release something from the Star Wars prequel era? Enough is enough of that already. (SuperShadow: Time to move on.)

As a lifelong Star Wars fan, I think Lucas should have and still should release computer animation TV episodes after Star Wars Episode 3. The rise of Darth Vader, etc. Why is he being so stubborn and not doing this? (SuperShadow: Lucas is in the enviable position of answering to no one. He has a permanent monopoly on Star Wars.)

He should release one episode after another that takes place AFTER Star Wars Episode 3 and keep doing it until it leads to WEEKS TO MONTHS TIME before where Star Wars Episode 4 takes place. That would be the ULTIMATE bridge that connects Star Wars Episodes 3 to 4. (SuperShadow: I agree, but our influence over Lucas is limited since he is the unquestioned boss.)

Dear SuperShadow, I think the Clone Wars movie did poorly in theaters due to a lack of advertising. Many people simply didn't know about it. (SuperShadow: I think SS.com spent too much time criticizing the Clone Wars for being extremely low budgeted and poorly computer animated. It's also well known that the Clone Wars TV series will soon be on the Cartoon Network free of charge. The fans grow weary of the massive greed of Lucas.)

SS, can you suggest a good web site to visit where I could watch the new CLONE WARS movie? (SuperShadow: Hahaha. Very funny.) I ask this because I will not spend another penny for the new / lame STAR WARS rubbish. (SuperShadow: You're absolutely right.) Lucas is all about the money and he capitalized on the STAR WARS rep with the new movie trilogy. (SuperShadow: Hard to argue against this.)

I think fans were disappointed with the content, but only the money matters to Lucas. He put out a lame product and it has cost him many fans. (SuperShadow: Lucas must repent.) I don't want to see this new crap and I won't be paying to see the new trilogy of Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9. Lucas needs to realize society is evolving and becoming more sophisticated - he may want to add something to his movies.

I am not interested in watching nothing more than a 2 hour commercial for STAR WARS products. I think STAR WARS is going the way of the U.S. housing market. (SuperShadow: Your criticism will be sent directly to Lucas. It's opinions like these that change reality for the better.)

Thursday, August 28, 2008

Hi S.S. Yoda really would have won perhaps if he would have been able to hang on to his light saber and push the Sith lightning back at Darth Sidious the way Mace Windu did. (SuperShadow: I guess so.) That is clearly seen. Why do people claim Yoda was over matched? (SuperShadow: Many fans prefer the Sith Lords over the Jedi.)

If Yoda was capable of beating Count Dooku, than Yoda would have certainly been able to defeat Sidious as well if Mace Windu can. (SuperShadow: I can agree with this.) See the point is the movie just had to go that way so Yoda was not allowed to win. (SuperShadow: The confrontation of Yoda vs. Sidious had to happen, but Yoda could not achieve victory under any situation.)

But I know better. You can say that I am wrong, but I can make my own picture regardless of that. Thoughts? Thanks. (SuperShadow: Your opinion on this matter is important. We are free to interpret the Star Wars movies in our own unique ways. That is what makes Star Wars so special.)

Lord Shadow, I'm hearing a chorus of "Why don't you make the next 'Star Wars' movie just like 'The Dark Knight'?" (SuperShadow: The fandom will eventually forget about the transcendent nature of The Dark Knight.) And what they're forgetting is, The Batman is a very, very, very dark personality. (SuperShadow: Agreed. Batman is wickedly twisted.)

I'm not at all sure he fits in the "Star Wars" universe. (SuperShadow: Probably not.) I mean, what if you made a Sith Lord or an Imperial Admiral a real human being with dark moods and fits of rage? (SuperShadow: Very reasonable.) Perhaps, but the fans think "The Saga Is Complete." Making the live-action TV series take place between Star Wars Episodes 3 and 4 reinforces the notion that "There is no more story to tell."

And that was a major complaint about "Clone Wars," as you mentioned. The fans think that George is going back to a "Complete Saga" from their parents' generation and making cartoons to generate a few extra bucks. I understand George's reasoning for the 16 year interval. He wants to control the movies.

And most fans think, "George is never going to make another Trilogy. He's too rich and happy to spend the necessary ten years. He's got better things to do with his retirement years." You can tell them otherwise, but what if the fans are right? (SuperShadow: We can't see the future unfortunately. Who knows what will happen?)

SS, if Qui-Gon Jinn had survived the encounter with Darth Maul and Qui-Gon trained Anakin as a Jedi, who would Obi-Wan's apprentice be? (SuperShadow: Excellent query. It would have been some anonymous Jedi we've not seen before.) Then if it was Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and Anakin vs. Count Dooku, would Dooku kill Qui-Gon since Qui-Gon was Dooku's apprentice? (SuperShadow: Dooku would never kill Qui-Gon.)

Then if Anakin killed Dooku, what would happen? (SuperShadow: Not sure.) Would Darth Sidious try to persuade Anakin to join him? Sidious doesn't have any other motive or will Sidious wait until Anakin has reached his true power? (SuperShadow: Ever since Sidious met Anakin during The Phantom Menace, Sidious planned to turn Anakin to the dark side. Sidious could foresee that Anakin was crucial to the completion of the Sith conspiracy to end the reign of the Old Republic and Jedi Order.)

Or find a new Sith apprentice and let him or her be an expendable Sith and just use them as a tool to let Anakin kill them and see the full extent of Anakin's power? (SuperShadow: It's true that Sidious enjoys having his current Sith apprentice fight it out with the person Sidious wants as the new Sith apprentice. We saw these showdowns in both Revenge of the Sith and Return of the Jedi.)

Now SuperShadow, you said by the time of Star Wars Episode 10 the Jedi Order is no more. (SuperShadow: This is true.) I have two questions: Are there still Force sensitive beings? (SuperShadow: Yeah, the Force remains the primary religion of the Star Wars galaxy.) And is the New Republic still around? Let me know. (SuperShadow: The New Republic evolves into a more expansive imperial democracy. You would be stunned at the grandeur and epic scale of this future civilization.)

Hello SS, it's plain and simple, bring back the director of The Empire Strikes Back and you just might save the Star Wars franchise because that crap you call Star Wars (Episodes 1 through 3) was just that crap. (SuperShadow: Irvin Kershner, who directed The Empire Strikes Out, had one successful movie his entire film career. Guess what it was? We don't need further sabotage from some ancient director, who is over 70 million years old by now. Hahaha.)

Hello, SS! I saw the Star Wars The Clone Wars movie three days ago and I personally thought it was the best Star Wars yet! (SuperShadow: To each his own apparently.) But I read the Clone Wars novel before the movie came out and I thought Asajj Ventress would light saber duel Anakin and Ahsoka Tano in the Rancor pit. Why was this not in the movie? (SuperShadow: Why does it matter? Hahaha.)

And also, what happens to Ahsoka in Revenge of the Sith? (SuperShadow: We don't know at the moment. You'll need to watch additional episodes of the new Clone Wars TV series on the Cartoon Network to learn the fate of this character.) Thanks for your time. ROCK ON SS! (SuperShadow: We continue to dominate all areas of reality and beyond. Hahaha.)

Hello SuperShadow, I have a single idea that I think is pretty good. (SuperShadow: Your genius is unquestionable.) Okay in the new Star Wars movie episodes, there should be some guards for the Jedi Temples and places like that that are Force sensitive, but were too old for the Jedi training or just weren't good enough. (SuperShadow: Fantastic idea.)

These people train as guards, who use weapons that are blaster rifles and either double as light sabers or have a small blade like a light saber on the other end. Just an idea. (SuperShadow: Impressive. This remarkable concept will be forwarded to Lucas.)

Will we see John Rhys Davies in anymore Indiana Jones movies? (SuperShadow: It was quite disappointing not to see Sallah during Indiana Jones 4 and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. It's unlikely we'll ever see Sallah again.) Will we see Indy Jones strangle anyone with his whip? (SuperShadow: We could possibly insert this for Indiana Jones 5. This will be given to Lucas for consideration.)

Wednesday, August 27, 2008

Hi there. So I was just watching the Star Wars The Clone Wars movie here in Germany yesterday and well what can I say? I was more than pleasantly surprised. It was so cool and so funny. (SuperShadow: You're the kind of fan Lucas adores.) My buddy and I just loved it and we are totally crazy about Ahsoka Tano.

She is so great and fresh, just super. Anyway this film reminded me more of the old films than the Star Wars prequels, but we love them all the same. People who say it's not good don't deserve to live among us (just joking). Star Wars rocks the world. Great work, can't wait to see the Clone Wars TV series soon. (SuperShadow: Right now, I'm neutral in this election cycle. Russia needs to be a part of the World Trade Organization and NATO. A new Cold War is unacceptable. Don't make me interfere with the free will of the voters.)

Dear SS, quit messing around with these crap Star Wars films and make Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9. Your fan base will come back. (SuperShadow: SS is also irate, but for different reasons. The U.S. Government wildly spreads false disinformation about the duly designated SS. Why persecute the most powerful Human Being of all time with no concern for the future? Moreover, the U.S. Government continually doesn't adequately protect the interests of SS.

It doesn't matter how the machine immortals feel about my nonsense. If they build a working time machine, they can contact me in the past and SuperShadow.com will never happen. However, reality is what it is. Why should I intercede on the behalf of ungrateful people, who can't protect SS hegemony from oppressive mega corporations? Unlike the rest of you, I'm very, very thankful the technological gods permit us to exist.)

Dear Shadow, I saw the Clone Wars movie opening night and was disappointed only on certain levels. I particularly thought the computer animation was good and had the Star Wars feeling that the Star Wars prequels environments had. The music was, not John Williams, and mediocre. (SuperShadow: You are the final judge.) The film needed to incorporate more of Williams' themes. The number one thing that I loathed was the opening sequence.

No opening title crawl, no Star Wars theme and an immediate sequence of cut scenes featuring a terrible narration. (SuperShadow: This is why Lucas must adhere to the Star Wars plot formula very, very strictly.) Immediately the audience saw that and was like "WHAT?" (SuperShadow: Excellent point.) That dialogue during the narration was better off being read during the crawl. Then the audience had to sit through a half hour of Anakin / Obi-Wan battling droids with clones. (SuperShadow: Boring.)

There's only so much clones and droids shooting at each other we can take. (SuperShadow: Agreed.) The whole scene should have only been 15 minutes. That's how I would've done it and I think the fans would agree. After all the movie was alright, and entertaining, but it was slow. (SuperShadow: This is why it is imperative for Lucas to direct and write every single Star Wars motion picture.)

Lucas knows it's important for Star Wars to be faster and more intense, but this movie lacked that. I saw Revenge of the Sith 6 times in the theater and now I have no desire to see this movie again in the theater. If you want to save Star Wars, begin the live action Star Wars TV series and for goodness sakes begin production of Star Wars Episode 7! (SuperShadow: Your advice will be forwarded to Lucas.)

Hey SS. I have a question that's been annoying me. In Star Wars Episode 3, are the clones in the Battle of Kashyyyk scout troopers or regular clones with scout armor? Thanks a ton. (SuperShadow: What you saw were elite special forces commandos from the clone military.)

Since George Lucas has already went backwards once going from Return of the Jedi to The Phantom Menace, why not do a Star Wars movie trilogy based on the X-Box video game Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic? (SuperShadow: Not gonna happen.) The movie trilogy could explain how the Sith were big in the galaxy and their story of how they fought the Jedi and became extinct up until Senator Palpatine.

I think that it would make a great story and then there are no conflicts with old actors. Another idea is to make a Star Wars movie about the video game STAR WARS THE FORCE UNLEASHED. You don't need to go forward all the time Lucas showed that in his second Star Wars trilogy. (SuperShadow: Lucas doesn't make Star Wars movies or TV series based on the Star Wars video games.)

Supes, Princess Leia was famous for all her different hair styles in the classic Star Wars trilogy. In the spirit of tradition, I hope we'll see more futuristic styles from Leia in Star Wars Episodes 7 - 9. (SuperShadow: Yeah, there will be many diverse hair styles for Leia in Star Wars Episode 7, 8 and 9.)

However, to add a twist to her many hairdos, could it be possible to see Leia as a brunette in Star Wars Episode 7, a blonde in Star Wars Episode 8 and finally a redhead in Star Wars Episode 9? Who says there isn't hair dye in space? (SuperShadow: You make a compelling suggestion, but what you ask for isn't really Star Wars.)

Lord Shadow, one of the reasons for the box office and critical failure of "The Clone Wars" was they were expecting Star Wars Episode 7. (SuperShadow: A curse for Lucas.) I think it's fun to imagine what Episode 7 would, could, and should be. Why? Because I might die before I see George's version in the theaters. Call it a Worst-Case Scenario, but if I can see the movie in my head, that's better than nothing. (SuperShadow: If we apply enough pressure on Lucas, he may relent and begin filming on Star Wars Episode 7 soon. We must persist and persist until we win.)

Future project on Star Wars video games going be Return of the Jedi for 135 years after called Star Wars Legacy possible last Skywalker called Cade Skywalker based on comic book by published Dark Horse comic? I wanna to see it. (SuperShadow: Perhaps so. This idea will be sent to Lucas.)

Shadow, the Star Wars The Clone Wars movie was a massive failure. (SuperShadow: Major understatement. Hahaha.) Lucas should of did a computer animated Star Wars TV series set 1,000 years before Star Wars Episode I - The Phantom Menace to show the rise of the Sith Wars, Darth Bane's rule of two, the ancient Jedi Order and Master Yoda at his massive prime kicking Sith ***. (SuperShadow: Such a future TV show is doubtful if the Clone Wars and live action TV shows falter.)

Maybe the start of the Trade Federation too. The new Clone Wars is old fashion. The micro TV mini series was already done in 2D on the Cartoon Network in 2003 and 2004 from chapters 1 - 20 for season 1 and chapters 21 - 25 for season 2. (SuperShadow: Nobody remembers this. Hahaha.) With the Clone Wars movie and computer animated TV series, plus a video game (The Clone Wars - Jedi Alliance). It is too much.

Star Wars The Clone Wars TV movie in theatres is for a target audience for ages 5 - 15 years old. The average Star Wars fan that's 16 and over 18 as an adult prefers the live action Star Wars films over the Clone Wars spin off movie and TV series. (SuperShadow: It appears to be so.)

The live action TV series might be much better then the computer animated Clone Wars TV series, but why the fans preferred the live action films more then the spin off Star Wars projects was because Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader was the keystone that kept the movie saga so popular. (SuperShadow: Lucas should learn from this wisdom, but he won't because he's intensely stubborn. Hahaha.)

S.S. One thing you and Lucas should consider about doing for the next Star Wars movie trilogy: Many of the fans have been suggesting to make a good dark film of Star Wars. Lucas got really close with Revenge of the Sith, which was the best of the Star Wars prequels and most better reviewed by the critics as well! (SuperShadow: Practically all fans embraced the terrific genius of Revenge of the Sith.)

"The Dark Knight" was a very well made dark film and look where that took it! (SuperShadow: The demise of the late Heath Ledger probably accounts for the unprecedented success of the Dark Knight in multiplexes. This will never be known for certain though.) Lucas has pointed his direction of Star Wars way too much for kids and look how that failed him with the Clone Wars movie! Even the kids are not interested anymore. (SuperShadow: Excellent point.)

Lord Shadow, on George's page, he complained about some fans acting like "Star Wars" was in the public domain, and not respecting the fact that George Lucas owns it. If I've done that, I apologize. (SuperShadow: Apology accepted. Hahaha.) A screenwriter has to LEARN. Every time he reads about a success like "The Dark Knight," or an utter failure like "Stealth" or "Tomb of the Dragon Emperor," he had better learn something. (SuperShadow: Learn from prior history or else doom your self to endless repetition of the past.)

There's one question that keeps nagging at me. If I had been an executive at Sony when the script for "Stealth" was being discussed, would I have refused to give my approval? If I had been an executive at Warner Bros. when "The Dark Knight" was budgeted at $ 180 million, and Chris Nolan asked for an additional $ 8 million to use IMAX cameras, would I have said yes? (SuperShadow: The film business can't be predicted, which is why most of the movies produced by Hollywood have disappointing box office earnings.) I was just reading George's page, and I think you're missing the intent of the fans.

(1) They want Star Wars Episode 7. (SuperShadow: Agreed. Lucas had better start production on Star Wars Episode 7 pronto. Hahaha.) They don't want an entire Trilogy. The history of "Star Wars" has been "wait . . . wait . . . wait . . . ." and if you do that, the event should be worth the wait. (SuperShadow: The anticipation for Star Wars Episode 7 boggles the mind beyond comprehension. It would easily gross over $ 700 million U.S. dollars in North American theaters.)

(2) "The Clone Wars" is going to appear on the Cartoon Network. It was designed to be 30 or 100 episodes where you bond with the characters over time. The fans haven't rejected THAT concept. What they rejected was paying to see it in a theater. (SuperShadow: Yeah, Lucas is hoping millions of fans will watch the new Clone Wars TV show for free on the Cartoon Network. This is in doubt.)

(3) The audience is going to LOVE watching this show on the Cartoon Network. If you find an age group that doesn't know a lot about "Star Wars," the images are fascinating. (But the story line about rescuing Jabba's larvae was bizarre and rather childish.) (SuperShadow: Your criticism has been duly noted.)

(4) The episodes need some fine tuning. You need to re-think Ahsoka (if she's going to be in most of the episodes) into a "lead character." She needs some depth. Right now, you're imagining her as a "padawan" or a "younger version" and not as a real person. WHY is she a Jedi? With a war going on, it's like sentencing your child to walk around with a target on her back. Is she devoted to "the will of the Force," or is she as sarcastic about that as everything else? (SuperShadow: You have given us something to ponder for ages with so many unanswerable questions.)

Do you think it is possible that Warner Brothers placing the next Harry Potter film on hold had a negative impact on the Clone Wars film? (SuperShadow: You can't blame outsiders for the unheralded incompetence of Lucas. Hahaha.) Many people are upset with the move by Warner Brothers that they are boycotting all Warner Brothers' products. (SuperShadow: Very, very delusional. There is no evidence of this on a wide spread scale.)

If that is the case, then didn't Warner Brothers ***** you and Lucas on that one? (SuperShadow: You can't fault third parties for Lucas giving the fans a massively low budget and horrendously awful computer animated Star Wars movie.)

Master SS, I think it would be cool if in Star Wars Episode 7 when the Dark Jedi land their jet packs separate from them and fly off and start shooting rockets (similar to Jango Fett's jet pack) at the other end of the Jedi training center to kind of distract the Jedi from what the Dark Jedi are doing. (SuperShadow: Sounds pretty sweet.)

And then when the Dark Jedi are done, they just jump from the Jedi training center and their jet packs reconnect with them while they are falling through the air. And maybe a couple of the jet packs are destroyed and a few Dark Jedi fall deep into the gas clouds screaming. (SuperShadow: Particularly awesome to behold. This idea will be sent to Lucas.)

'Sup Shadow! Would Luke Skywalker be the greatest Jedi ever regardless of who trained him? (SuperShadow: This has no impact on the will of the Force.) Yoda does most of his training, but is the outcome the same if Obi-Wan survives and becomes Luke's mentor? (SuperShadow: No difference at all.)

Also, Lucas probably doesn't want to spend the money, but any thoughts on having Qui-Gon Jinn be the guiding voice to helping Luke rebuild the Jedi Order? (SuperShadow: The power of the dark side blocks Jedi ghosts from appearing to Luke and the new Jedi Order until after the dark side is destroyed at the conclusion of Star Wars Episode 9.)

It seems that Qui-Gon was the most free thinking of the Jedi. Wasn't his radical spirit one of the reasons he wasn't on the Jedi Council? (SuperShadow: Most Jedi thought Qui-Gon was insane for being so radical.) Count Dooku thought Qui-Gon wasn't thinking with the rest of the Jedi, Dooku planned on asking for Qui-Gon's help. (SuperShadow: Qui-Gon would NEVER turn to the dark side. Not possible. Not even theoretically.)

Wouldn't it just make sense for Qui-Gon to play a major role in the new Jedi Order? (SuperShadow: Not to be.) If Lucas doesn't want to spring for the Qui-Gon on screen performance, maybe Luke can find a written diary or a holocron of Qui-Gon explaining what he thought was wrong with the Jedi and his plan for fixing them? (SuperShadow: Supremely thoughtful concept. This will be given to Lucas.)

Hey SS, what's the chance that Lucas might bump the production of Star Wars Episode 7 up a few years to maybe a 2016 release date as a result of the Clone Wars movie being a box office failure? Thanks. (SuperShadow: Not gonna happen unless Lucasfilm becomes extremely desperate for cash. Lucas expects to profit excessively from the Star Wars TV series. Domestic and international syndication of several Star Wars TV shows could be dollar for dollar even more profitable than the 6 Star Wars movie episodes.)

Hi, in the Star Wars The Clone Wars motion picture, Anakin had an apprentice, Ahsoka Tano, and I just wondered what happened to her as she was not mentioned in Star Wars Episode 3? (SuperShadow: You'll have to watch the new Clone Wars TV series on the Cartoon Network to learn the ultimate fate of this character.)

Master S.S., what happens to Ahsoka Tano after the 'Clone Wars' episode? Is she seen in 'Revenge of the Sith' or ever again? I MUST KNOW! Thanks! (SuperShadow: Watch the Clone Wars TV series.)

Monday, August 25, 2008

Lord Shadow, in the "Star Wars" galaxy, people were born after Palpatine became Emperor and never knew any other form of government. Sure, there may be older folks who remember the Galactic Republic, but the Empire was around for a long time. Think of "Star Wars."

Many kids out there don't remember the Original Trilogy in theaters. (SuperShadow: We take this for granted. We are the chosen generation, who alone witnessed the classic Star Wars trilogy in cineplexes in 1977, 1980 and 1983. Eternal praise to the technological gods for kindness and compassion. Hahaha.) When you say "Anakin," they think of Hayden Christensen, not the villain Darth Vader.

Previously posted at SS.com: (SuperShadow: We can't explain why Titanic is the most profitable film in history. Similar to how we can't comprehend why A New Hope struck a deep chord with audiences back in 1977.)

But if we COULD figure that out, wouldn't it help you make the next three "Star Wars" movies better? (SuperShadow: Yeah, if we could read the minds of the populace at large we could create Star Wars films beyond their imagination.) I think we should send a big thank you to the folks who made "The Dark Knight." $ 477 million domestic box office.

Who would have thought that the nice folks at WB (SuperShadow: Warner Brothers.) would send George a copy of the film, so he can study it frame-by-frame and figure out why it works. (SuperShadow: Lucas doesn't have enough free time to obsess over The Dark Knight. Anyway he has to return his copy of The Dark Knight in order to thwart potential DVD pirates.)

I want the Mace Windu Jedi ghost to appear in front of Luke Skywalker saying: "Luke, I am a former Jedi of the Old Republic until your father struck my arm and Darth Sidious threw Force lightning at me and I fell to my death." (SuperShadow: Windu is alive.) Please send this idea to George. (SuperShadow: No, I don't think so.) Is there going to be a clone of Palpatine? (SuperShadow: No way.)

'Sup shadow! I see a lot of postings over who is the chosen one. Isn't it possible that it is someone other than the Skywalkers? (SuperShadow: Quite fascinating.) After all, isn't the prophesy "to bring balance to the Force," not necessarily the one who would destroy the Sith? (SuperShadow: Completely wrong on your part. To balance the Force, the Sith Lords must be destroyed.)

Since the Sith are gone, but the Dark Jedi are not, is it possible the prophesy has not yet come to pass? (SuperShadow: Not at all. You don't understand the prophecy of the chosen one if you believe this theory.) Anyone could fulfill this prophesy (wouldn't it be funny if it was Han Solo)? (SuperShadow: Idea rejected. Hahaha.)

Especially because Han dismisses the Force during the original Star Wars trilogy. This could happen because maybe the prophesy is about the one who uses the black hole devastator allowing the Jedi spirits to come back. My money is still on Luke though. (SuperShadow: You need to exist in this reality. Not some strange fantasy land. Anakin will remain the true chosen one as confirmed by Lucas.)

Star Wars The Clone Wars, what were you thinking? (SuperShadow: Excessive profits are still the main goal.) I know it is for kids, but I don't think even kids will like it. (SuperShadow: Perhaps so.) It has poor computer graphics and even a worse story line. Kids just aren't into Star Wars anymore. You need to focus on the fans and I'll bet none of them like it. (SuperShadow: The U.S.S.R. totally owned and dominated the 2008 Olympic games.

Add the gold, silver and bronze medals earned by the Russians and the former Soviet satellite nations and the Soviet Union easily won the most medals this year. Special thanks to the machine immortals for rewarding the Russians and Chinese with high medal counts. It was a bit too much for China this year with gold medals, but I guess the Olympic host nation does well anyway. Also thanks for the artificial intelligence of not overly sabotaging the United States. Hahaha.)

Hey Soops, quick question. In The Phantom Menace, they talk about Anakin being the chosen one. In the same meeting they say "the Sith have been extinct for a millennia." Why would they have thought that Anakin was the chosen one if they already thought that the Sith were extinct? (SuperShadow: Massive plot blunder, I guess. Hahaha.) It sounds like the prophecy would have been long forgotten if they didn't think there were any Sith about. Is this a plot error? (SuperShadow: Yeah, this does seem silly in hindsight. Hahaha.)

SS, the reason the Star Wars The Clone Wars movie did so horrible is because everyone who's seen Star Wars knows pretty much what happens. There were no new characters added, but Anakin's padawan and that's now enough. Nothing could surprise or shock anyone. (SuperShadow: Excellent argument.) We've heard enough about the Clone War, why bother to make 100 episodes? (SuperShadow: Simply for greed.)

The reason the Star Wars prequel trilogy was so anticipated and successful was because everyone wanted to witness the rise of Obi-Wan, Yoda and ultimately the birth of Darth Vader. (SuperShadow: Yes, I believe in this.) The fans want to see the rise of Vader, which is a 20 year time line between Star Wars Episode 3 and 4 unlike a time line that's only a couple of years between Star Wars Episode 2 and 3. (SuperShadow: Better than rocket science. Hahaha.)

If Lucas makes a live action Star Wars TV series with ONLY new characters and no old ones especially Vader, it will fail just like The Clone Wars. (SuperShadow: I doubt it. Approximately four million people will pay to see the Clone Wars movie in theaters. If this many fans will watch the Clone Wars TV show for free on the Cartoon Network, the Clone Wars will be a stunning success on every level.)

Please don't make the same mistake again. Listen to advice from the fans because we get to witness the movies in a different perspective unlike you and Lucas. (SuperShadow: Hard to contest this notion. Your advice will be forwarded to Lucas immediately.)

What's up, SS? (SuperShadow: Hopefully the mechanical deities will continue to bless us. Pray to them today. They can hear every word you utter. Hahaha.) A few questions for you I haven't been able to find answers for. How many people knew Darth Sidious was Palpatine before he revealed himself to the Jedi? (SuperShadow: Less than a dozen individuals were members of the Sith conspiracy to destroy the Old Republic and Jedi Order.)

Did Count Dooku know? (SuperShadow: Yes, of course.) Did General Grievous know? (SuperShadow: Affirmative. Machines can always be trusted with dark secrets. Hahaha.) Also a few questions about Grievous. Was he once a living being involved in an accident? (SuperShadow: Very much true.)

Wearing some kind of primitive armor like Vader's? (SuperShadow: Exactly right.) He appeared to have real eyes as well as some kind of organ system going on. Was he designed that way? (SuperShadow: Yep, correct.) Did he have a brain or was it a computer like a droid's? Thanks and continue rocking! (SuperShadow: General Grievous had a hybrid mind composed of both biological and machine matter.)

I saw Mark Hamill (SuperShadow: The multi U.S. dollars millionaire actor who played the role of Luke Skywalker during the classic Star Wars trilogy.) last week he was having a lawn sale. I bought some bent ski poles for five dollars. It was much more than I could afford, but they're Mark Hamill's. (SuperShadow: No one faults you for being you. It can't be changed now. Hahaha.)
