We can agree Star Wars Episode 4 A New Hope is the greatest and most historic movie in creation, but we must also note that the musical soundtrack for A New Hope, composed by John Williams, is the most iconic and most recognized film score yet produced.
The fortuitous synchronistic synergy involving the merger of these two phenomena cannot be explained. It's possible to create the best film OR the top rated music for a movie, but both simultaneously is literally not feasible for the exact same motion picture.
There are hundreds of great movies with average music compositions and there are countless numbers of box office mega flops with outstanding music, but in the history of cinema Star Wars has happened once. Think about this carefully before the next time you are critical of the current genius vision George Lucas has for the immortal movie saga.
Some of you readily loathe the Star Wars plot formula because it shows no imagination or creativity by George Lucas. Ye of no faith. Examine this issue from the perspective of Lucas. Before the theatrical debut of Star Wars Episode 4 A New Hope, Lucas was dispiritedly convinced that Star Wars was a disaster and that it was going to ruin and end Lucas' career as a Hollywood film maker.
Not only was Star Wars successful, but it became the most overly profusely profitable movie franchise of all time by an amount, which we can't measure. No one was more shocked and surprised than Lucas himself at the stellar achievements of Star Wars at the worldwide box offices and especially with the endless Star Wars merchandising of all products possible.
Since Lucas couldn't fathom and understand why A New Hope worked with movie audiences, Lucas decided to make the exact same film as A New Hope again for the sequel continuation, but Lucas did slightly change the story elements just enough so that Star Wars Episode 5 The Empire Strikes Back seemed somewhat original.
Not a single Star Wars fan (not even YOU) figured out Lucas was making the same Star Wars movie over and over again literally UNTIL AFTER the revelation by SuperShadow of the existence of the mind boggling Star Wars script formula. Without the unprecedented mega genius of SS, none of you would have ever discovered that the Star Wars script formula is utilized by Lucas religiously for each Star Wars movie episode.
This is exactly why SS is the only legendary iconic world famous Star Wars expert, the very best friend of Lucas and heralded by all fans as the most important, ingenious and influential Star Wars guru known in the entire Universe, er I mean, the unlimited and infinite Multiverse.
On Wednesday 25 May 1977, the most influential movie in the history of cinema was released in only a few dozen theaters cinemas because sparse numbers of multiplex owners wanted to invest a film screen in a silly and absurd motion picture from a young director, who only had one successful major film to his credit. Today is the 32nd (thirty second) anniversary of the cineplex debut of Star Wars Episode 4 A New Hope.
| Tuesday, May 19, 2009 - Ten years ago, The Phantom Menace stunned audiences worldwide |
|
On 19 May 1999, the most transcendent moment of the 20th century happened with the theatrical release of Star Wars Episode 1 The Phantom Menace in cineplexes. Countless numbers of fans around the planet voted resoundingly with their wallets at multiplexes everywhere making The Phantom Menace the most successful and popular Star Wars movie of all time in history ever even after adjusting the box office gross of the Star Wars classic trilogy for monetary inflation millions of times.
Although the loyal and dedicated fans believed George Lucas couldn't improve on the spectacular Ewoks from Star Wars Episode 6 Return of the Jedi, Lucas accomplished the impossible by surpassing the brilliant Ewoks with the infinitely ingenious Jar Jar Binks. To this day, Jar Jar Binks receives more fan mail at Lucasfilm than ALL other Star Wars characters COMBINED. By creating the Star Wars prequel trilogy, Lucas has permanently cemented his position as the greatest Hollywood director, producer and writer. All hail Lucas for this precious gift of The Phantom Menace that cannot be equaled for ever and ever. Amen.
Hey SS. I don't know if you can answer this question, but I'll ask it anyways. What will happen to all the dark side of the Force users once the dark side is destroyed in Star Wars Episode 9? (SuperShadow: No more dark side powers with the end of the dark side.) Will the Dark Jedi just become evil people, who can't use the Force anymore? (SuperShadow: Yeah, they have the same personality and character traits, but no ability to harness evil Force powers.)
Also, how about one of the main characters fighting a powerful Dark Jedi and having no chance of winning, but the fight is happening at the same time they are trying to completely destroy the dark side of the Force? Once they do destroy it, the main character can finally defeat the powerful Dark Jedi. (SuperShadow: Excellent concept.)
Or how about one of the main characters slowly slipping to the dark side of the Force, but the destruction of the dark side is his/her salvation before it is too late? Anyways, this web site rocks. (SuperShadow: Very, very promising. Your ideas will be forwarded to Lucas.)
Two questions. What was the age difference between Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala? (SuperShadow: Padme is about five years older than Anakin.) How old is Luke Skywalker in Star Wars Episode 4? (SuperShadow: Luke is roughly eighteen years old at the time of A New Hope.)
Hey SS, do you and Lucas consider the Star Wars The Clone Wars TV show a success as the first season draws near its close? (SuperShadow: It's the most popular TV series on the Cartoon Network, but the overall Nielsen ratings are tiny compared to the most popular TV shows on the major television networks like ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox. Lucas considers this successful since no Star Wars TV series has ever made it to Season 2 before the new Clone Wars TV series.)
Great Shadow. I got an idea. Have cloned Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader get Sith colored eyes permanently, but when they get pure evil they have their eyes fiery red and black fire is around the color. Plus cloned Vader kills Darth Bane and Mace Windu so clone Vader becomes a great threat. Then have cloned Vader fight Boba Fett and then Vader triumphs, but wants to make a deal with Fett.
Clone Vader will tell Fett where to find Mace Windu, but Fett must do clone Vader a favor by killing Luke Skywalker. Fett tries, but fails to kill Luke. Luke captures Fett and tells Fett the truth about Windu. Fett's blood starts to boil and Fett's anger starts to rise. He wants revenge on cloned Vader and the Dark Jedi. They try to ransack a Dark Jedi base with cloned Vader and cloned Luke inside of it.
Boba confronts cloned Vader and fights gallantly, but Fett falls and is decapitated by the evil clone. Ben Skywalker sees this and tries to go after cloned Vader, but is surprised by cloned Vader's quick movements and is shocked with Force lightning another surprise for Ben. Cloned Vader and cloned Luke escape. Luke in the battle kills about 30 to 40 Dark Jedi proving his valor.
Ben and Anakin kill 15 Dark Jedi each, but then Princess Leia and Han Solo come to try and secure the base. Han sees Boba Fett's corpse and is saddened because even though Fett was his enemy Han respected Fett and knew he was a good person. The Jedi burn Fett's armor and body honoring the greatest bounty hunter the galaxy has ever known. (SuperShadow: Extremely impressive.)
The plot of Star Wars Episode 7 is just great! But some times in the story, it's way off the track like Mace Windu appears, such as Boba Fett and Darth Maul. (SuperShadow: Star Wars Episode 7 will shock the fans with its ingenuity.)
Yo Supes, what is your deal!? I totally agree with the person who said on Friday that Luke Skywalker used anger to defeat Darth Vader in Return of the Jedi. You tell the person he is clearly mistaken, well uh, you are so wrong it isn't even funny! What the **** happened that made you the authority on all things pertaining to Star Wars? (SuperShadow: You don't have to agree with me. I don't really care.)
So here I'll spell it out for you that Luke used anger to defeat Vader. After bursting out of his hiding place and starts dueling Vader, all of his style in fighting Vader is all emotion with a choppy and sloppy style to it. Then after chopping Vader's hand off and the Emperor congratulates Luke on using his anger to defeat his father Luke then looks at his father's severed wrist and then looks at his own right hand that is mechanical. The hint if Luke continues he'll end up like his father.
How you missed that one I do not know. Maybe you were watching the Star Wars prequels a little bit too much. (SuperShadow: Remember Luke tells Darth Sidious that Sidious is wrong in his beliefs. Luke reveals that Sidious can't see inside the true heart and mind of Luke.)
Since you think they are so superior to the Star Wars original trilogy. The only thing superior are the light saber duels and that doesn't make a better movie. The only one that competes is Revenge of the Sith excluding all the sappy romantic dialogue. Get a clue, Supes! (SuperShadow: We can each have our own separate opinions. It doesn't really matter.)
Do you have any read ups on the Star Wars TV series? (SuperShadow: We have plot spoilers for Seasons 1 and 2 of the new Clone Wars TV show, but Lucas isn't allowing any secrets about the live action Star Wars TV series to be released before 2010.)
How are you going to replicate Luke Skywalker if Star Wars Episode 7 is going to come out in 2021? (SuperShadow: Luke is suppose to be ancient by the time of the next Star Wars movie trilogy. Luke serves the venerable Jedi Master role similar to old Obi-Wan from A New Hope. Study the Star Wars plot formula.)
I really think The Hidden Circle should be released sooner like maybe 2010. (SuperShadow: For monetary reasons and to preserve the future of Lucasfilm, Star Wars Episode 7 can't happen immediately. Lucas is too busy with the Star Wars TV shows to worry about Star Wars Episode 7.)
Hi SS. I heard that the Jedi Council of *** ***** has demanded a boycott of Ewan McGregor for stating he disliked Star Wars. They are demanding that he publicly state that Star Wars was his favorite film. What is George Lucas' take on this? (SuperShadow: Lucas can only laugh. Ewan adores Star Wars.)
Shadow. When Return of the Jedi was made, Princess Leia was the only character Yoda could have meant as the other. None of the survivors like Starkiller or Mace Windu were even made up yet, right? (SuperShadow: If true, then Leia's name would have been mentioned instead of the enigmatic line of dialogue.)
Then again Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan act like they never saw General Grievous in person before in Star Wars Episode 3 even though they fight every week in the Clone Wars TV show. Star Wars is still the best epic saga in Human history (so far). (SuperShadow: The continuity between Grievous, Anakin and Obi-Wan has been so far taken care of by Lucas. However, Lucas had no idea what he would be doing in the new Clone Wars TV series at the time Lucas wrote the script for Revenge of the Sith.)
Hey Supes, a few years back the Cartoon Network aired an animated TV mini series about the Clone Wars and it was released on two separate DVD disks. It showed a lot of goings on about how Anakin Skywalker became a Jedi (which wasn't shown in the Star Wars movies) as well as the capture of the Chancellor (also not shown in any movies).
Will these stories be incorporated into the new Star Wars The Clone Wars TV series or will we just see episodes around these events? Thanks! (SuperShadow: There are no continuity problems because the events of the 2003 Clone Wars will be respected although the new Clone Wars will focus on different stories.)
Is Jai Maruk somehow related to Darth Vader's secret apprentice Starkiller? (SuperShadow: Very doubtful.) I did the Star Wars Seven Choose Your Destiny of Fate thing and I clicked on this thing about "Obi-Wan's dark secret." Is the secret true or was it made just for the game? (SuperShadow: The Destiny of Fate plot represents the official vision of Lucas since it was actually written by Lucas.)
How are you today, SS? I have an idea that former Sith Darth Bane can easily be written in and out Star Wars Episode 9 if it does not interfere with Mr. Lucas' script. A Dark Jedi space ship scans for non native alloys on meteors in the area of space that the dark side of the Force resides. They use their space ship's computer to jack in to Bane's space ship to land on the nearby planet.
(To be determined by Mr. Lucas). Horgon says: "Inform Lords Vader and Luke we have found him. I bet you they are ready for a real battle." The Dark Jedi defeat Bane easily. Then they find ancient holocrons in Bane's small space ship. Please note that I didn't use the mantle/title Darth since Bane didn't have a Sith apprentice. Yoda said: "Two there are no less, a master and an apprentice." (SuperShadow: Your idea will be forwarded to Lucas.)
SS, plus Darth Sidious knew Darth Vader wasn't a true Sith (brilliant) by this Vader would never turn on Sidious. Sidious knew for a fact that a Sith apprentice would turn. (But in the end, Vader did turn on Sidious. Funny). (SuperShadow: Most excellent to point this out.)
SS, yeah Vader couldn't been a Sith because Sith are pure evil. Vader has a Force spirit and the only time Vader turned on Sidious is when Vader turned back to good to save his son. (SuperShadow: True enough.)
You are the best and you know all. (SuperShadow: Your compliments are appreciated.) Which is why I have come to for some support. I'm going to be playing Star Wars Galaxies soon and I have plans on how to conquer the Star Wars Universe. I shall make a grand army that none will match. Since you know a lot about this stuff, will you give me any advise that will help me along the way? (SuperShadow: I have nothing to do with the Star Wars video games or imperialistic endeavors.)
Hey Shadow, you never post my stuff, but here's my question. I'm not completely sure on how the Jedi training system works. Here's what I know and correct me if I'm wrong! A very young Force sensitive is accepted into the Jedi Order and then is trained by Master Yoda with a group of other Jedi younglings. (SuperShadow: We don't know if Yoda is the only Jedi Master of the Jedi younglings. Specifics are not revealed in the Star Wars movies.)
Then they are later released to be trained by a Jedi Master. Later in their training they go on to face the Jedi trials and become a full fledged Jedi Knight. Is that pretty much it? (SuperShadow: I guess so. Not much is given to us regarding the ways of the Jedi Order. The Star Wars film episodes are mostly silent on these issues.)
And why was Anakin Skywalker (9 years old) too old to be trained when Anakin's Jedi apprentice in the new Star Wars The Clone Wars TV show is clearly in her teen years? (SuperShadow: Ahsoka Tano started her Jedi training at an extremely young age like all other Jedi padawans except for Anakin. It is unusual for older children to be accepted in the Jedi Order. Anakin is the only exception we know about.)
Does Yoda really train them that long before they are released to a new Jedi Master? (SuperShadow: We don't know for certain. This is an unknown mystery with no current solution.) Sorry if this was long. May the Force be with you (not that you need it)! (SuperShadow: You have an inquisitive mind, which innately understands the hidden intricacies of Star Wars.)
With the blockade broken Mace Windu, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Commander Cody and their forces can land on Ryloth. Part 2 is for Obi-Wan and Part 3 is with the anticipated Mace Windu. Numa must be the name of the Twilek girl that clones Waxer and Boyl find. General Obi-Wan carries her as she can lead them to the Twilek prisoners including her family. (SuperShadow: Outstanding.)
But they have to take out a few droid guns and tanks with a tactical droid and his troops. Hope they can free those Twileks and I hope that Wat Tambor doesn't get captured. If he does, then Count Dooku will have to free the Skakoan foreman of the Techno Union later. (SuperShadow: Thanks for the info.)
Mar Tuuk is the Neimodian captain who fled in an escape pod when Anakin Skywalker rammed the star destroyer into the his command star ship. Where could Mar Tuuk have gone? To Ryloth since the blockade was getting destroyed? Kind of sad for Ahsoka Tano to lose her clone pilots.
Jango Fett clones are expendable even though they have different names, hairstyles and personalities. Admiral Yularen was hurt, but he stood up for Snips. Her move to bomb the Separatist star ships is similar to what Grand Admiral Thrawn did early in the Heir to the Empire novel. (SuperShadow: Star Wars utilizes the same plot elements over and over again. It's what Lucas does with perfection.)

Do you think it would be a good idea for Star Wars Episode 7 to have a story about two Jedi, who were twins, but one decided to go to the dark side of the Force because everyone would compare the two and one of the brothers always came up as the least best? (SuperShadow: Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia will be the only biological twins featured in Star Wars Episode 7.)
So he decides to join the dark side out of pure hatred and jealousy because the opportunity presented itself as the Jedi Academy was being attacked. (SuperShadow: Jedi being tempted to turn to the dark side is an important story element of the Star Wars plot formula. Lucas hasn't revealed who the Jedi traitor will be in Star Wars Episodes 7, 8 and 9.)
Supes, I was reading here and had an idea for Lucas to elaborate on. Like Lucas, I haven't given any thought into this idea, I'm just firing from the hip. (SuperShadow: Making things up as you go along is a Lucas trademark.) For the romance story, you can have Ben Skywalker and Anakin Solo be attracted to the same person. (SuperShadow: There are countless trillions of available people in the Star Wars galaxy. Ben and Anakin wouldn't obsess over the same one.)
Either a bounty hunter perhaps the daughter of Boba Fett or a Dark Jedi, they try to turn to the Jedi ways. They both want her and she leads them both on, but can't choose between them and sometimes dissing them both. Will Lando Calrissian make an appearance in the next Star Wars films? (SuperShadow: Lando is one of the main characters in Star Wars Episode 7.)
I can't wait for Red Tails. (SuperShadow: It's literally been in production at Lucasfilm for eternity.) They were pivotal in air defense in World War 2. They deserve to be glorified for their accomplishments. What inspired you to make the movie? (SuperShadow: Lucas spends a good deal of time studying history. He is particularly fascinated with World War 2.)
I was reading the "History of the Jedi and Sith" and I was reading the paragraph of how Darth Sidious set up the battle between Detori (Darth Rage) and Count Jard Dooku to determine who would be his next Sith apprentice (if Darth Rage would keep his position as Darth Sidious' apprentice).
Or if Count Jard Dooku would replace Rage as Darth Sidious' new Sith apprentice. But this battle never took place because of the fact that Plo Koon killed Darth Rage with a Force avalanche. (SuperShadow: Stunning upset for sure. Darth Rage is awesome over what I can describe with the primitive English language.)
My question is: Why did Plo Koon kill Darth Rage? (SuperShadow: It was a chance encounter.) Did Plo Koon in fact discover that Rage was a Sith Lord? (SuperShadow: No, I don't think so. The entire Jedi Order believed the Sith were extinct. Rage was thought to be a Dark Jedi since thousands of Dark Jedi remained hidden around the galaxy.)
Or did Plo Koon have extremely dangerous suspicions of Rage? (SuperShadow: Rage attacked Plo Koon.) And when Plo Koon did kill Darth Rage, did Plo Koon notify this to the Jedi Council? (SuperShadow: Yeah, Plo Koon gave a full debriefing on his battle with a particularly powerful evil Force sensitive.)
Where did Plo Koon kill Darth Rage? (SuperShadow: Not revealed yet by Lucas. It will be a new planet, which is currently unknown to the fans.) My last question is: How did Plo Koon find Darth Rage in the first place? (SuperShadow: This may never be revealed by Lucas. I'll forward your concern to Lucas.)
Sorry, but I agree with your fan's comments on both Obi-Wan and Luke Skywalker fighting with anger. That was the theme for Luke and the suspense for the audience for Luke not to become like his father and which Luke was warned about by Ben and Yoda. After Vader taunts Luke about Princess Leia, Luke temporarily fights in anger (snarls), but reminds himself by looking at his robotic hand to snap out if it. (SuperShadow: Provide evidence from the Star Wars movies. Your impassioned thoughts are mere speculation and not based on the facts.)
Though you are right, Luke's anger was nowhere near as powerful as Anakin Skywalker's revenge of Shmi Skywalker's death, which is much harder to turn back from, though Anakin did after his win, though Luke did the same thing, only snapping out of that trance after disabling Vader. We all know that it is not the Jedi way.
But sometimes inexperienced Jedi at the time such as young self trained Luke (who did so for 5 years between Star Wars Episode 4 - 6) and Obi-Wan who had issues of recklessness and hard headed sometimes, who just lost his Jedi Master due to some Sith, who Obi-Wan really disliked at that moment. I mean, come on, it's pretty obvious. I know you are an expert with this stuff, but in this case I think the person, who commented on this was right. (SuperShadow: There is no actual proof to support this theory.)
Ah. No. Ahsoka Tano will not be killed by Count Dooku. It just would not add up to dialogue and acting portrayed in Revenge of the Sith. Anakin Skywalker looks more arrogant and bemused than angry with Dooku during the fight: (Smiling while saying: "I was about to say that" to Obi Wan). Anakin looked unsure on killing Dooku at first and only got mad with a taunt, then Palpatine says: "It's natural, he cut off your arm, you wanted revenge. Remember what you told me about your mother?" (SuperShadow: This doesn't prove anything.)
No mention of Ahsoka as a motive. It just would really take away from the dynamic of the fight and it no longer would be as personal between them concerning revenge for losing Anakin's arm, as opposed to Ahsoka dying. (SuperShadow: There could be two motivating factors causing Anakin to kill Lord Darth Tyranus.) It just wouldn't seem that that wouldn't interpret or come across at all during the scene.
General Grievous can't be the one to kill her either, for Anakin was bemused and calm with Grievous, seemingly having nothing personal against Grievous. (SuperShadow: Excellent point. It could be true that Anakin doesn't know exactly how Ahsoka Tano died if she really is dead before Order 66.) Anakin not being allowed by the Jedi Council to hunt Grievous down was more of a let down in pride due to no confidence in Anakin's abilities, (which was the issue) as opposed to revenge towards Grievous.
The only option suitable to me is Asajj Ventress to be Ahsoka's killer, then Anakin can get his revenge, ultimately giving Anakin more character depth in being afraid of loss or letting go of loved ones. But, with such a close attachment with Ahsoka, Anakin doesn't look as troubled in Revenge of the Sith, but more depressed than his spunky attitude in the Star Wars The Clone Wars TV show.
So maybe Anakin got over Ahsoka's passing. (SuperShadow: Lucas has created some potential continuity problems because Ahsoka Tano wasn't created by Lucas until after the Star Wars prequel trilogy was completed. This is what happens when you make up Star Wars at random without careful planning.)
If a time lapse is left before the Revenge of the Sith movie for Anakin to let go or grieve (which Anakin isn't permitted to do). But I think it's best that Ahsoka quits being a Jedi padawan due to the war or goes back to the Jedi Temple to be stationed there instead. (SuperShadow: That could happen.)
This would explain Anakin's attitude of relaxed in Revenge of the Sith, but just a bit down. Even in homage to Ahsoka, Anakin says her lines: "This is where the fun begins!" What do you think? Can you forward this idea along? (SuperShadow: This will be sent to Lucas for further consideration.)
Hey Shadow, who was Marka Ragnos? (SuperShadow: Ragnos is an ancient Sith Lord, who doesn't really exist.) Could Ragnos ever be used for some future Star Wars movies? (SuperShadow: No, never.) Just curious. I don't know anything about Ragnos or if Lucas thought of him anyway. (SuperShadow: Ragnos is not real.)
Previously posted on SS.com: "How does Ahsoka Tano die? (SuperShadow: Still unknown. Lucas hints that Lord Darth Tyranus might kill Tano in the final season of the Clone Wars TV show. This helps explain why Anakin was willing to take Count Dooku out in Revenge of the Sith.)"
That might happen, but I don't think it will. Lucas might have a twist at the end for Tano. Something like Anakin Skywalker killing her to keep his secret safe and say that General Grievous did it. (SuperShadow: Unlikely.) Respond please (if responding, delete "Respond please"). Thank you. (SuperShadow: All this time.)
Lord Shadow, how powerful would Anakin Skywalker have become as a Jedi if Anakin killed Darth Sidious instead of turning to the dark side of the Force? (SuperShadow: Equal to Luke Skywalker.) Then if Anakin had killed Obi-Wan on Mustafar, how powerful would Anakin have become then? (SuperShadow: No difference really except Anakin would be more quick and agile.)
Plus about the cloned Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker from Star Wars Episodes 7, 8 and 9, I think cloned Vader should cut Ben Skywalker's right hand off. (SuperShadow: Most excellent.) Then kill Darth Bane. Then fight Luke and Princess Leia and own them. (SuperShadow: We can make this happen.)
But then it takes Ben, Luke, Mara Jade, Leia, Ben and Anakin Solo, who I think should survive Star Wars Episode 9 to kill clone Vader, but I think Luke should be killed off in Star Wars Episode 9 from an injury from cloned Vader. (SuperShadow: Your ideas will be forwarded to Lucas.)
I like the comment of Luke Skywalker just owning a Dark Jedi or a few for that matter. But there should be a point where Luke encounters a Dark Jedi just as powerful as Luke is. (SuperShadow: Luke is way more powerful than any Force user alive during Luke's time.)
Spiden should somehow find Darth Sidious' kyber crystal. (SuperShadow: No. Can't happen.) There has to be someone able to match Luke in Force power. Perhaps this battle could happen at Star Wars Part 9. (SuperShadow: This suggestion will be given to Lucas.)
I love bounty hunters from any part of the Star Wars saga. Besides the Fetts, I love how ruthless they can be to get their reward. That's why I look forward to the Hostage Crisis episode after the awesome Ryloth trilogy from the Star Wars The Clone Wars TV series.
Wondercon reveals a few things the Duros bounty hunter Cad Bane will appear way before the second season of the Clone Wars TV show. There's a fish like bounty hunter named Robonino. Even Aurra Sing will make an appearance as they take captives in the Senate building as they plan to free Ziro the Hutt. Anakin Skywalker himself will get in the way. (SuperShadow: Sounds exciting.)
When Darth Vader invaded the Jedi Temple with the 501st legion during Revenge of the Sith, Shaak Ti managed to flee the Jedi Temple to Felucia long after Aayla Secura and Barriss Offee were killed by Commander Bly and Clone Lieutenant Galle. There she found Maris Brood before her last stand with Galen Marek / Starkiller. (SuperShadow: I see.)
Um, you're wrong about Star Wars Episode 7 being in the year 2021 and having Harrison Ford in it. He'd be 79! No one wants to see a 79 year old Han Solo! (SuperShadow: The appearance of Han Solo in Star Wars Episode 7 is the most anticipated scene in Star Wars since the revelation of the mechanical Darth Vader at the conclusion of Revenge of the Sith. The box office receipts at the worldwide multiplexes will be beyond the stars.)
You have said Darth Sidious searched for a kyber crystal throughout the galaxy. How did Sidious know that there was a kyber crystal and what its powers were? (SuperShadow: The legend of the kyber crystals had been told all across the galaxy for countless eons. Sidious believed this myth was based in the truth. Finding the kyber crystal was the key needed for Sidious to unleash the Sith conspiracy in the open against his adversaries.)
Also how did Sidious acquire the one he got? (SuperShadow: Read the Star Wars Episode 7 Choose Your Destiny of Fate located at SS.com.) Did Sidious use it to help him kill his Master Darth Plagueis or did Sidious find it after that? Thanks for answering! (SuperShadow: Read the History of the Jedi and Sith portion of SS.com.)
Hey SS, Horgon's light saber blade should be one of a kind. The crystal should be muti colored. (SuperShadow: Pure genius.) So the light saber blade has many colors running up and down his blade something similar to a lava lamp. (SuperShadow: Brilliant.) This would distract his victims. (SuperShadow: You made the right call.)
SuperShadow, in the "Star Wars Episode 7 Choose Your Destiny Of Fate" diagram, it says that Darth Sidious gave the Millennium Falcon to Han Solo after Han gave the kyber crystal to Sidious. You are sadly mistaken. In Star Wars Episode V, it reveals that Lando Calrissian gave the Millennium Falcon to Han. (SuperShadow: Not true.
There are no accurate records of the ownership history of the Millennium Falcon. Han Solo owned the Falcon at different times depending on what happened to Han in gambling tournaments. This mystery will NEVER be answered by Lucas.)
Especially after Han Solo told Lando that they needed repairs. Lando then asks: "What did you do to my ship?" Han then comments: "Your ship," telling Lando that Han won the Millennium Falcon from Lando fair and square. So you made a mistake. No offense. Can you answer back, please. (SuperShadow: When you gamble, you often win and lose the same possessions over and over again. That's why it's not wise to be a gambler. Accept the vision of Lucas. Your nonsense beliefs are not real.)
SS, I have an extremely simple question for you to answer. Do you ever get tired of answering questions from fans? (SuperShadow: I've been updating SS.com daily for over fifteen years. I don't really care anymore. Just enjoy this burned out paradise while you can.) Do you ever believe like it's just a big hassle? (SuperShadow: I never think about it.) I was just wondering. Keep up the good work. (SuperShadow: Thanks.)
Mr. SuperShadow, do you watch the History TV channel at all or a lot? (SuperShadow: I don't watch modern television because of its nefarious origins of special content.) I was watching a documentary on the fated 2012 end of the world hypothesis and did you know that precisely on December 21, 2012 there will be an alignment of the sun centered with our Milky Way galaxy? (SuperShadow: It'll be 2112 and still no end. We don't occupy a significant place in history. Time marches on and on with or without us.)
If the magnetic field is reversed, all electronic devices and lights will cease to operate on Earth. (SuperShadow: Not gonna happen.) Sort of like the movie Escape from LA with Kurt Russell. Do you believe Nostradamus foresaw the fated 2012? (SuperShadow: None of Nostradamus' quatrains are specific enough to predict the future. There's not one single valid future event seen by Nostradamus.)
Hey, Lord SuperShadow, though the Lord title is not high ranked enough to describe the infinity of the legendary S.S.! (SuperShadow: I've become legendary purely by chance and random luckiness. It's all because of Lucas.) "I expected someone with your reputation to be a little older."
Sadly enough, this line prevents General Grievous and Anakin Skywalker from meeting face to face during the entire Star Wars The Clone Wars TV series. (SuperShadow: Never say never.) However, Grievous could confront a much older Jedi, who introduces himself as Anakin Skywalker. After destroying him with ease, Grievous reaches the conclusion that the Jedi was too weak to be Skywalker. (SuperShadow: Intriguing. This will be forwarded to Lucas.)
SuperShadow, do you believe General Grievous was not utilized effectively in the Star Wars III movie? I believe like Grievous was a great character that they could have built on before they killed him. At least Boba Fett had a few scenes through two of the Star Wars movies before Boba got knocked off. (SuperShadow: The Star Wars film episodes are too short in running time duration to give secondary villains like Darth Maul, Jango Fett and General Grievous a lot of screen time. Even Count Dooku and Darth Sidious have few scenes. The Star Wars prequel trilogy is centered around Anakin Skywalker, Padme Amidala and Obi-Wan Kenobi.)
(I know in the Star Wars extended universe Boba Fett was saved by detonating a thermal detonator (SuperShadow: A small yield nuclear device.) and then subsequently rescued by Dengar and I know they had some back story on Grievous in the original Clone Wars cartoons). I just believe it would have been more effective in the Star Wars movies. It just gives a vibe that Grievous was just always failing and running away. Thanks for your input. (SuperShadow: Very hilarious. Grievous is not very impressive to be a genius robot.)
I have an idea about how to include a teaching from Obi-Wan to Anakin Skywalker about "the high ground." (SuperShadow: A reference about Revenge of the Sith concerning the Mustafar light saber duel between Anakin vs. Obi-Wan.) They both could be battling Asajj Ventress and Obi-Wan Force pushes Asajj down a shaft and Obi-Wan says to Anakin: "It's over Anakin."
Anakin says: "How do you know, Master?" And Obi-Wan answers with: "We have the high ground." And then Count Dooku could find Asajj and she says: "I'm sorry. I failed you again, Master!" Dooku says: "You're no apprentice of mine." And leaves her crippled and dying on the ground. Thanks for your time. (SuperShadow: This has much potential. It will be given to Lucas.)
Will Shaak Ti appear in any of the Star Wars The Clone Wars TV shows? If so, will we see Shaak Ti appear with Ahsoka Tano? (SuperShadow: Perhaps.) That would be neat to put the two Togrutas together. Not trying to tell you to do or anything, but it would be cool if there was a Clone Wars TV episode from the clone trooper's point of view during Order 66.
I've been wondering for about this ever since Star Wars Episode One and I've never found a Star Wars book that says the names of Obi-Wan's parents. (SuperShadow: There are certain secrets Lucas won't reveal. I will send your suggestion to Lucas. Maybe a future season of the Clone Wars TV series could explore the early life history of Obi-Wan.)
Why was Boba Fett not seen in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith? (SuperShadow: There's nothing for Boba Fett to do after Attack of the Clones. The only reason Boba has a brief role at all in the Star Wars prequels is because Boba is the most popular cult character from the Star Wars classic trilogy.
Lucas has always regretted the lackluster fate Boba Fett experiences in Return of the Jedi. There was no SS.com in the ancient days of Star Wars so Lucas had no way of keeping his finger on the pulse of the fans. This results in Lucas not knowing how important Boba was to certain fans in the early 1980's.)
Supes, you know the Darth Vader castle used for Star Wars Jedi Academy? (SuperShadow: The Star Wars expanded universe is not official Star Wars canon.) Well, I was thinking that Lucas could convert it to actually be a Sith Palace for Star Wars Episode 9. (SuperShadow: This can't happen. The surviving Sith Lords don't have a lot to do with Star Wars Episodes 7, 8 and 9.) I'd just like to see it being used by the Sith. It's a pretty cool castle. (SuperShadow: You won't see much of the Sith in the next Star Wars movie trilogy.)
